My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions before asking questions or bidding. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 Saab 9-3 convertible. I would rate the exterior of this vehicle to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a great looking car. It is finished in desirable black on black with black interior. The black finish has a mile deep shine and looks good from any angle. The only visible rust is a small spot above the left tail light. Otherwise, I don't really have any complaints. This Saab shows very well and appears to have been well cared for. There are no noteworthy scratches, dings or dents on the exterior...just a few minor marks associated wtih normal wear. The glass and lenses appear to be intact. The convertible top is in nearly perfect condition. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. I would rate the interior of this Saab to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The liner to the convertible top shows very well. The carpets are clean throughout the cabin and trunk. The dash is clean and free of cracks. The black leather seats show well and are very comfortable. Both front seats are heated (both work). The power windows, locks, mirrors and seat work properly. When I tried to put the top down, it would not move. The message on the display center said "check storage area". I don't know if there is something somewhere it shouldn't be that would cause that message or what the reason is...I've never seen that one before. I'm going to just say "the top doesn't work" to cover myself. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The stereo is the original unit with in dash CD which sounds great. The factory remote entry system appears to be working properly. Mechanically, this Saab appears to be in good running and driving condition. I've personally put close to 200 miles on this unit. The 2.0L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension on this Saab feels nice and tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this convertible with no issues. Out on the road, this Saab is a pleasure to drive. It cruises easily on the freeway with no shakes, wobbles or odd noises. It is nimble around town and fun no matter where you are. The engine keeps perfect temperature and runs well. There is a check engine light on. My scanner has decided to stop communicating with cars so I could not retrieve the code. There are NO drivability issues with this Saab. The turbo spools quickly and delivers power smoothly. Accelleration is very quick and this car builds speed faster than you'd expect. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are smooth and effortless. This is one of the nicest driving 9-3's I've had in quite some time. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 Saab 9-3 convertible. I would rate the exterior of this vehicle to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a great looking car. It is finished in desirable black on black with black interior. The black finish has a mile deep shine and looks good from any angle. The only visible rust is a small spot above the left tail light. Otherwise, I don't really have any complaints. This Saab shows very well and appears to have been well cared for. There are no noteworthy scratches, dings or dents on the exterior...just a few minor marks associated wtih normal wear. The glass and lenses appear to be intact. The convertible top is in nearly perfect condition. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around.
I would rate the interior of this Saab to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The liner to the convertible top shows very well. The carpets are clean throughout the cabin and trunk. The dash is clean and free of cracks. The black leather seats show well and are very comfortable. Both front seats are heated (both work). The power windows, locks, mirrors and seat work properly. When I tried to put the top down, it would not move. The message on the display center said "check storage area". I don't know if there is something somewhere it shouldn't be that would cause that message or what the reason is...I've never seen that one before. I'm going to just say "the top doesn't work" to cover myself. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The stereo is the original unit with in dash CD which sounds great. The factory remote entry system appears to be working properly.
Mechanically, this Saab appears to be in good running and driving condition. I've personally put close to 200 miles on this unit. The 2.0L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension on this Saab feels nice and tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this convertible with no issues. Out on the road, this Saab is a pleasure to drive. It cruises easily on the freeway with no shakes, wobbles or odd noises. It is nimble around town and fun no matter where you are. The engine keeps perfect temperature and runs well. There is a check engine light on. My scanner has decided to stop communicating with cars so I could not retrieve the code. There are NO drivability issues with this Saab. The turbo spools quickly and delivers power smoothly. Accelleration is very quick and this car builds speed faster than you'd expect. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are smooth and effortless. This is one of the nicest driving 9-3's I've had in quite some time. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
