My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions as this will answer most common questions. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2002 Mercedes-Benz CLK 430 finished in desirable black over black. These coupe's are absolutely gorgeous. Their lines are perfect. I would rate the exterior of this CLK to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a great looking coupe. The black finish shows well and has a mile deep shine. The only noteworthy damage on this Mercedes is a cracked lower front spoiler and some marks/blemishes on the bumpers from normal daily use. The body lines are nice and straight. The V8 cars have several cosmetic upgrades over the lesser CLK320 such as side aprons, front and rear spoilers, and AMG alloy wheels. The CLK430 is easily distinguished from its lesser cousin. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The AMG alloy wheels show some scratches but look good. The tires show average tread all around. I would rate the interior of this CLK 430 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. There is a piece of wood trim missing from the drivers door card where the seat adjustment is. The carpets show well throughout the interior and trunk. The leather sport seats show some shrinking at the stitching but are not excessively worn. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The recline button for the drivers seat does not work. The dash and headliner show well. This is a very well optioned CLK. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof work properly. It has the optional rear sunshade which raises and lowers properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The stereo is original and includes a factory CD changer in the trunk. There are steering wheel controls for most dash and console functions. This CLK430 has remote entry as well as HomeLink integrated garage door openers. Mechanically, this CLK appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering is a little twitchy but it does not pull or vibrate. I'd recommend having the alignment checked. The brakes stop this coupe with no problems. There have been no warning lights on during my time spent driving this car. The engine keeps proper temperature. The engine makes great power and accelleration is effortless. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. I love driving this car. Mercedes-Benz makes the best looking coupe's on the road, in my opinion. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am partial to Mercedes-Benz. If I didn't have two kids both in boosters, I would probably keep this one. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions as this will answer most common questions. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2002 Mercedes-Benz CLK 430 finished in desirable black over black. These coupe's are absolutely gorgeous. Their lines are perfect. I would rate the exterior of this CLK to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a great looking coupe. The black finish shows well and has a mile deep shine. The only noteworthy damage on this Mercedes is a cracked lower front spoiler and some marks/blemishes on the bumpers from normal daily use. The body lines are nice and straight. The V8 cars have several cosmetic upgrades over the lesser CLK320 such as side aprons, front and rear spoilers, and AMG alloy wheels. The CLK430 is easily distinguished from its lesser cousin. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The AMG alloy wheels show some scratches but look good. The tires show average tread all around.
I would rate the interior of this CLK 430 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. There is a piece of wood trim missing from the drivers door card where the seat adjustment is. The carpets show well throughout the interior and trunk. The leather sport seats show some shrinking at the stitching but are not excessively worn. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The recline button for the drivers seat does not work. The dash and headliner show well. This is a very well optioned CLK. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof work properly. It has the optional rear sunshade which raises and lowers properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The stereo is original and includes a factory CD changer in the trunk. There are steering wheel controls for most dash and console functions. This CLK430 has remote entry as well as HomeLink integrated garage door openers.
Mechanically, this CLK appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering is a little twitchy but it does not pull or vibrate. I'd recommend having the alignment checked. The brakes stop this coupe with no problems. There have been no warning lights on during my time spent driving this car. The engine keeps proper temperature. The engine makes great power and accelleration is effortless. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. I love driving this car. Mercedes-Benz makes the best looking coupe's on the road, in my opinion. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am partial to Mercedes-Benz. If I didn't have two kids both in boosters, I would probably keep this one. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Bidding:
Please read the entire description and view all pictures before placing a bid. We go out of our way to provide as detailed of a description as possible in addition to posting several dozen photos of each unit. If you have any questions or concerns that have not been addressed within our listing, feel free to send us an email so that we may address your specific question before placing your bid. Please wait to place your bid until you are completely comfortable with what you're bidding on.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
