I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully as each vehicle is sold "as-traded" and has not been reconditioned or serviced in any way. Please also keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1990 Subrau Legacy L AWD sedan. This vehicle was a new car trade at York Mitsubishi/Kia. I would rate the exterior of this Legacy to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. It is brown in color and is decent looking for an older vehicle. There is no noteworthy damage to report on the exterior of this vehicle. There are some spots of rust here and there...specifically over the rear fenders and along the rockers. The windows are professionally tinted. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The wheel covers show well and are wrapped in decent rubber. The right rear tire tread looks thinner than the rest. The other three look to be roughly half tread. I would rate the interior of this Subaru to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show some stains but are not worn excessively. The seats also show a few stains but are comfortable. The dash and headliner look good. The trunk is spacious. The heater works well. The stereo is the original unit. The power windows and locks appear to be working properly. Mechanically, this Subaru Legacy will need looked at before it can be driven daily. It starts with a jump and runs well. There is a visible oil leak. The engine does not smoke. I don't believe there were any warning lights on. The engine makes good power and runs smoothly. I was driving it home from the auction and I noticed that it was running hot. I made it the rest of the way without overheating but I suspect it would over heat if I had continued to drive it. The coolant and oil are clean. I have no idea why it is running hot. It runs strong. I was actually quite impressed with how it drove. It drives straight down the highway at 80mph with no issues. The shifter is pretty sloppy. It will shift through all gears smoothly once you figure out where they are. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter.
