Rare 1969 buick GS 400 convertible,Only 1776 produced in 1969. This is NOT A CLONE!! Non original motor, Now has 455, Turbo 400 trans, power steering, power disc brakes,Power top, Bucket seats with console, Factory posi rearend,rear swaybar with boxed control arms.I recently took the car in on a trade so i dont have alot of history on the car. The motor is a good running 455, trans works good, Brakes are all new with new rotors calipers, hoses, pads, all new rear drum. New 2 1/2" exhaust with flow master style mufflers.front suspension has all new tie rods center link, idler, A arm bushings etc. and recent alignment...Interior is mostly original except front seats have been recovered and carpet looks to have been replaced at one time..convertible top has no tears in it but the rear window is missing.The windshield has small crack on the passenger lower side.The body is overall solid and straight ,It has no major damage but has rust through behind rear wheels on both sides and will need patch panels, Paint is bad and will need to be stripped , some cracking in places in the paint im assuming is old body filler. The paint looks better in pics or going down the road at 55 then it does in person up close.The floors all look to be solid, The trunk pan looks overall solid but someone has welded in some patch pieces that you can see from the underside..This is a good running driving GS convertible But does need Restoring, So if your looking for a show car this is NOT the car for you.. This is a rare car and a rare chance to own a piece of muscle car history. Being sold with NO RESERVE!! The car is for sale locally and i reserve the right to end auction early!!
