My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please take the time to read this entire description BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE bidding. Most of what I sell are new car trades from local dealerships and are sold "as-traded". Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a gorgeous 1996 BMW 328iC finished in Calypsorot Metallic, which is one of my favorite colors. As you can see, this 328 is absolutely stunning to look at. I would rate the exterior of this 328iC to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The paint has a mile deep shine that looks good from any angle. I found a tiny ding on the hood near the front. Otherwise, I was not able to find any damage on the exterior of this BMW. All of the trim is intact. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The convertible top is in great condition. The rear window is clear and flexible. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber all around. It is getting hard to find E36 cars with low miles and in this condition. As you can see, all of the original VIN tags are still in place. I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Pride in ownership shows throughout this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash is clean. The inside liner to the top shows well. The seats are finished in full leather throughout (not "Leatherette" which is very common in the 3 Series and often mistaken for real leather) and show well. This is a fairly well optioned 328iC. It has automatic climate control which was optional. It has dual heated front seats which is optional, too. With the exception of the convertible top, all of the electronics work properly. The rear two windows will not go down. All windows must lower for the top to go down...therefore, the top lowering procedure will not start. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The stereo is the factory original system which sounds great. There is an onboard computer, too. The trunk is clean. A complete set of owners books are included with this 328iC. Again, it is obvious that this BMW was loved by its previous owner. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this BMW with no issues. The inline six is smooth and makes good power. Her road manners are very good. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The engine keeps proper temperature. The airbag light stays on most of the time. The check engine light came on once and then was gone next time I started the car. I believe the issue is in the smog pump as it is making some noise. We disconnected it but it should be replaced at some point in the future. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and straight with no complaints. I've driven this car nearly 200 miles with a smile on my face. It is a very comfortable cruiser with low miles and comes in one of my favorite color combinations. It is PA inspected through the end of April. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please take the time to read this entire description BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE bidding. Most of what I sell are new car trades from local dealerships and are sold "as-traded". Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a gorgeous 1996 BMW 328iC finished in Calypsorot Metallic, which is one of my favorite colors. As you can see, this 328 is absolutely stunning to look at. I would rate the exterior of this 328iC to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The paint has a mile deep shine that looks good from any angle. I found a tiny ding on the hood near the front. Otherwise, I was not able to find any damage on the exterior of this BMW. All of the trim is intact. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The convertible top is in great condition. The rear window is clear and flexible. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber all around. It is getting hard to find E36 cars with low miles and in this condition. As you can see, all of the original VIN tags are still in place.
I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Pride in ownership shows throughout this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash is clean. The inside liner to the top shows well. The seats are finished in full leather throughout (not "Leatherette" which is very common in the 3 Series and often mistaken for real leather) and show well. This is a fairly well optioned 328iC. It has automatic climate control which was optional. It has dual heated front seats which is optional, too. With the exception of the convertible top, all of the electronics work properly. The rear two windows will not go down. All windows must lower for the top to go down...therefore, the top lowering procedure will not start. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The stereo is the factory original system which sounds great. There is an onboard computer, too. The trunk is clean. A complete set of owners books are included with this 328iC. Again, it is obvious that this BMW was loved by its previous owner.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this BMW with no issues. The inline six is smooth and makes good power. Her road manners are very good. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The engine keeps proper temperature. The airbag light stays on most of the time. The check engine light came on once and then was gone next time I started the car. I believe the issue is in the smog pump as it is making some noise. We disconnected it but it should be replaced at some point in the future. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and straight with no complaints. I've driven this car nearly 200 miles with a smile on my face. It is a very comfortable cruiser with low miles and comes in one of my favorite color combinations. It is PA inspected through the end of April. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

We include any known faults with the vehicle in our description. However, the description we provide is based solely on our observations of the vehicle during our road test and should not be taken as any kind of official inspection done by a certified mechanic. These vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.

We try to eliminate as much risk as possible for our buyers but cannot offer reconditioned, warrantied vehicles for sale with No Reserve. Bidding:
Read the entire description and view all pictures before placing a bid. It does not do you or us any good if you win an auction on an item that does not fit your needs or has disclosed flaws that you are not comfortable with.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If arrangements have not been made, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us for details. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
