This Ranger was a new car trade from a local Ford dealership. The Ford Ranger is Fords most popular compact truck. Perfect for daily driving and gets great gas mileage. The Ford Ranger has reputation of being a good reliable light duty truck. This compact truck has soldiered on with hardly any major revisions for nearly three decades. I rate the interior of the Ranger to be in good condition. The carpet shows well, no major stains or tears. The dash is clean and free of cracks. The door panels are clean and tight. In fact, the only bad thing I can say about the interior is there are some holes in the headliner. The Ranger comes equipped with an after market Alpine CD player that works. The climate control works well. She comes with the upgraded sliding rear window for easy cab access. I would rate the exterior of the Ranger to be in average condition for age and mileage of vehicle. The Cayman Metallic paint shows well. The passenger side has some minor scraps and rust along the wheel well, please refer to pictures. The Ranger has a long bed, perfect for light hauling. There is a crack on the windshield, above the AS1 line. It does not impair drivers view, please check your state for guidelines. I would mechanically rate this Ranger to be in average condition for age and mileage of vehicle. I have personally driven her and she drives nice and smooth. The battery and oil pressure are strong. There is a small exhaust leak. She seems to run cool, and stays at a steady temperature. The engine does not smoke, tap or leak. The transmission engages smoothly. We offer a unique way of purchasing a car but it does carry additional risk to the buyer when compared to buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been inspected and may carry a warranty. Please understand that each vehicle we sell is being sold exactly as we received it (unless otherwise noted in the written description). We include any known faults with the vehicle in our description. However, the description we provide is based solely on our observations of the vehicle during our road test and should not be taken as any kind of official inspection done by a certified mechanic. These vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
Please consider this when you decide if buying from us is something you feel comfortable with. We try to eliminate as much risk as possible for our buyers but cannot offer reconditioned, warrantied vehicles for sale with No Reserve. We are happy to answer any questions from prospective buyers regarding our business or specific vehicles listed for sale and aim to make buying from us as trouble free as possible.
Bidding:
Read the entire description and view all pictures before placing a bid. It does not do you or us any good if you win an auction on an item that does not fit your needs or has disclosed flaws that you are not comfortable with.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If arrangements have not been made, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us for details. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
This auction is a legally binding contract to buy this vehicle. All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. I have done my best to accurately describe this vehicle. It is up to the buyer to come see and further inspect the car before the end of the auction.-->
