I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I run an auto service facility. Each vehilce is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos in detail BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 Mercedes-Benz ML320. This ML comes to us as a NEW MERCEDES TRADE from a local Mercedes/BMW/Porsche dealership here in Central PA. I would rate the exterior of this ML320 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this ML is absolutely gorgeous. It is finished in dark blue over gray leather and is simply stunning to look at. This is my favorite color for the ML. The finish shines like glass from bumper to bumper. As with any used vehicle, there is bound to be some small scratches and flaws here and there...but you'd have to look pretty hard on this one. The only rust on the body is a spot about the size of a quarter on the one rear fender. It is still under the paint and so small that I missed it the first time I looked this truck over...and I'm usually pretty thorough with these. The headlights are nice and clear. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in good rubber all around. This ML320 would easily pass for under 100k miles. Anyone would be proud to own this well cared for Mercedes. I would rate the interior of this ML320 to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Again, this truck could pass for one with half the miles. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior of this SUV. The leather seats are also in great condition front and rear. The dash is clean. The headliner is clean and tight. The power windows, locks, mirrors and seats all appear to be working properly. The factory premium audio sounds great. The original factory remote entry is also working properly. This ML320 comes with a full set of books and manuals including dealer service records and the original window sticker. The cargo area is spacious and clean, too. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this vehicle. Mechanically, this ML320 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.2L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension of this Mercedes feels tight and composed like it should. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this luxury SUV with no issues. Her road manners are excellent. There are no rattles like many of these get as they begin to age. There have been no warning lights on. The engine keeps proper temperature at all times. Out on the highway, she cruises effortlessly like you would expect a premium SUV to perform. Accelleration is good. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. The drives nice and strait with no complaints at all. As a buyer, I am not that different from you. I look for vehicles that are a good value and have a low chance of "surprises". I am fairly familiar with the full line of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. This specific vehicle is exactly what I look for as a buyer. For me, a Mercedes-Benz is what I call a "condition" vehicle. I look for condition and signs of proper care before I chase after low miles. With proper care, these vehicles will literally last for decades. This has everything I look for...plus pedigree. I knew this was a NEW MERCEDES TRADE so it is likely that this ML320 has been dealer serviced for most of it's life. I consider it a privilege to pass on these great automobiles. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I run an auto service facility. Each vehilce is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos in detail BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 Mercedes-Benz ML320. This ML comes to us as a NEW MERCEDES TRADE from a local Mercedes/BMW/Porsche dealership here in Central PA. I would rate the exterior of this ML320 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this ML is absolutely gorgeous. It is finished in dark blue over gray leather and is simply stunning to look at. This is my favorite color for the ML. The finish shines like glass from bumper to bumper. As with any used vehicle, there is bound to be some small scratches and flaws here and there...but you'd have to look pretty hard on this one. The only rust on the body is a spot about the size of a quarter on the one rear fender. It is still under the paint and so small that I missed it the first time I looked this truck over...and I'm usually pretty thorough with these. The headlights are nice and clear. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in good rubber all around. This ML320 would easily pass for under 100k miles. Anyone would be proud to own this well cared for Mercedes.
I would rate the interior of this ML320 to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Again, this truck could pass for one with half the miles. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior of this SUV. The leather seats are also in great condition front and rear. The dash is clean. The headliner is clean and tight. The power windows, locks, mirrors and seats all appear to be working properly. The factory premium audio sounds great. The original factory remote entry is also working properly. This ML320 comes with a full set of books and manuals including dealer service records and the original window sticker. The cargo area is spacious and clean, too. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this vehicle.
Mechanically, this ML320 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.2L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension of this Mercedes feels tight and composed like it should. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this luxury SUV with no issues. Her road manners are excellent. There are no rattles like many of these get as they begin to age. There have been no warning lights on. The engine keeps proper temperature at all times. Out on the highway, she cruises effortlessly like you would expect a premium SUV to perform. Accelleration is good. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. The drives nice and strait with no complaints at all.
As a buyer, I am not that different from you. I look for vehicles that are a good value and have a low chance of "surprises". I am fairly familiar with the full line of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. This specific vehicle is exactly what I look for as a buyer. For me, a Mercedes-Benz is what I call a "condition" vehicle. I look for condition and signs of proper care before I chase after low miles. With proper care, these vehicles will literally last for decades. This has everything I look for...plus pedigree. I knew this was a NEW MERCEDES TRADE so it is likely that this ML320 has been dealer serviced for most of it's life. I consider it a privilege to pass on these great automobiles. I am very picky when it comes to Mercedes-Benz. Life is too short to drive anything but a Mercedes. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Read the entire description and view all pictures before placing a bid. It does not do you or us any good if you win an auction on an item that does not fit your needs or has disclosed flaws that you are not comfortable with.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If arrangements have not been made, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us for details. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
