My name is Joe and I sell vehicle differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description and ask any questions BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1995 Toyota 4Runner SR-5 4x4. The 4Runner has an excellent reputation as a rugged and reliable SUV. It's body on frame construction makes them especially desirable and durable. This specific vehicle has been owned by my mother for the last few years. As you can see, there is visible exterior damage to this vehicle. A few weeks ago, she had a close encounter of the telephone pole kind during a snow/ice storm while driving through town. I am not an auto body expert but the damage appears to be not major. The left fender, bumper , parking light and grill are obviously damaged and will need replaced. The hood looks to not be damaged. The headlight is fine but the plastic bucket that it mounts to is broken. I suspect that the left bumper bracket will also need replaced. The upper radiator support is slightly bent but looks repairable without replacement, in my opinion. None of the suspension or steering components appear to be damaged. As for the rest of the truck, it is in pretty good condition. The paint looks good except where the clear coat is flaking on the hood. The one fender has some visible rust under the paint but it is still just bubbles and has not broken through. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact besides what was obviously damaged. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in high end tires all around. The tires show about half tread. There is a heavy duty towing hitch at the rear. I would rate the interior of this 4Runner to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are cleanand tight througout. The carpets show a few stains as you would expect to find in an older vehicle but are not excessively worn. The cloth seats show well for their age, too. The drivers seat shows some normal bolster wear but it's not too bad. The dash and headliner are clean. The power windows, locks and mirrors appear to be working properly including the rear window. The sunroof does work but has difficulty closing so she does not open it. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The stereo is also working properly. The original owners book is included as well as a remote to the factory keyless entry which still works properly. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this 4Runner appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L V6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels nice and tight like it should. The brakes stop this truck with no issues. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The truck keeps proper operating temperature and good oil pressure at all times. There are no warning lights on. Out on the road, this truck has excellent manners. She drives nice and tight. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, this truck drives nice and strait. It is inspected through the end of this summer and has treated her very well. In the several years my mother has owned this truck, it has never given her any trouble. She recently decided to go down to one vehicle. She liked the size of this SUV and the economy of her daily driver so I found her one vehicle that is a compromise between the two. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicle differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description and ask any questions BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1995 Toyota 4Runner SR-5 4x4. The 4Runner has an excellent reputation as a rugged and reliable SUV. It's body on frame construction makes them especially desirable and durable. This specific vehicle has been owned by my mother for the last few years. As you can see, there is visible exterior damage to this vehicle. A few weeks ago, she had a close encounter of the telephone pole kind during a snow/ice storm while driving through town. I am not an auto body expert but the damage appears to be not major. The left fender, bumper , parking light and grill are obviously damaged and will need replaced. The hood looks to not be damaged. The headlight is fine but the plastic bucket that it mounts to is broken. I suspect that the left bumper bracket will also need replaced. The upper radiator support is slightly bent but looks repairable without replacement, in my opinion. None of the suspension or steering components appear to be damaged. As for the rest of the truck, it is in pretty good condition. The paint looks good except where the clear coat is flaking on the hood. The one fender has some visible rust under the paint but it is still just bubbles and has not broken through. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact besides what was obviously damaged. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in high end tires all around. The tires show about half tread. There is a heavy duty towing hitch at the rear.
I would rate the interior of this 4Runner to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are cleanand tight througout. The carpets show a few stains as you would expect to find in an older vehicle but are not excessively worn. The cloth seats show well for their age, too. The drivers seat shows some normal bolster wear but it's not too bad. The dash and headliner are clean. The power windows, locks and mirrors appear to be working properly including the rear window. The sunroof does work but has difficulty closing so she does not open it. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The stereo is also working properly. The original owners book is included as well as a remote to the factory keyless entry which still works properly. The cargo area is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this 4Runner appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L V6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels nice and tight like it should. The brakes stop this truck with no issues. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The truck keeps proper operating temperature and good oil pressure at all times. There are no warning lights on. Out on the road, this truck has excellent manners. She drives nice and tight. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, this truck drives nice and strait. It is inspected through the end of this summer and has treated her very well. In the several years my mother has owned this truck, it has never given her any trouble. She recently decided to go down to one vehicle. She liked the size of this SUV and the economy of her daily driver so I found her one vehicle that is a compromise between the two. Bidding:
Read the entire description and view all pictures before placing a bid. It does not do you or us any good if you win an auction on an item that does not fit your needs or has disclosed flaws that you are not comfortable with.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If arrangements have not been made, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us for details. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
