READ EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE SHIPPING & PAYMENT TERMS!!!!! This is a very nice, low mileage and pretty much a 2 owner car . A 1985 GSL-SE. 1985 is the last year for the highly collectible GSL-SE. Top of the line in the RX7 lineup! Only options available for GSL-SE were leather seats and power steering. This car features the power steering option. The SE's are quickly becoming collectors items especially low mileage, rust free original ones such as this car. Central Texas car for most of its life, and correspondingly free from major rust. Car was repainted its original color by the first owner. Only modifications is window tinting. Car retains its original suspension & drivetrain. Car drives very well. heat blows hot. Great oil pressure. All guages and systems work. Drives very nicely. A/C works and blows cold. Runs well. Recent work I have done to this car is:1) replace radiator, water pump, 2) all drive belts3)rebuild Power Steering pump4)add header and exhaust manifold gasket5)New oil metering pump gaskets6) new vacuum hoses for Intake7) new upper and lower intake manifold gaskets8) new fuel rail pulsation dampner and fuel pressure regulator9) installed cleaned injectors and rubber o rings/grommets10) new master cyl for brakes11) drivers side rear tail light replaced.12) throttle body removed and thoroughly cleaned. TPS adjusted to spec.13) New fuel pump and fuel filter and renovated fuel tank14) Bosch Starter is not very old but it is not "brand" new.15) New rear brake caliper on drivers side. Things not 100% or modified:1) The original SE seats were replaced by perfect original non-SE seats due to a rip in the seat. 2) Original radio and original power antenna work. Speakers are matching set of 4 Blaupunkt and work.3) Front tries need replacing. They hold air but tread is low and age of tires is old. Rear have good deep tread but older.4) AC holding the charge but could use a can of freon. Still original R-12 in system.7) small ding in lip of passenger side front fender8) small crease in drivers side front fender just forward of tire in lower front section of fender. (where fender joins lower front valance area)9) small dent in the underside driver side floor board10) original muffler has broken tip and is loud. Recommend replacing the original muffler. This was basically a 1 owner car before I got it. The fellow I purchased it from bought it from the original owner but it sat for approx 5 years inside storage before I purchased it. Car still has its original manuals and even the salesman's business card! Purchased new in WACO, TX. Buyer responsible for all transport arrangements and post-sale matters. Car is currently in storage and not plated. Please ask any questions before you purchase not afterwards. All sales and bids are binding agreements. On Feb-13-13 at 09:52:20 PST, seller added the following information: Car is sold with its original factory white metal sunroof. A glass moonroof can be purchased from me separately for an additional $250. But again - the glass roof is not part of the auction and does not go with the car unless purchased separately. Original muffler was replaced by a used Walker Dynomax unit that I had. Still loud but better than empty original unit. Still recommend muffler being replaced.its or
