You are looking at a 2004 Infinity I35 V6 Sedan with 1 previous owner per the Auto Check Report. This vehicle is in great over all shape the exterior of the vehicle is in really good condition and seems to have been well maintained by the previous owner. However there are some minor dents and scratches on the body panels, which are hard to see from far away but become noticeable, once closer. There is also one major dent and scratch on the front left passenger side fender, which can be spotted at first glance of the vehicle however despite this one major dent, which in no way affects how the vehicle drives every thing else looks very good on the outside. (SEE VIDEO AND PICTURES FOR A IN DEPTH WALK THROUGH OF THIS VEHICLE) There are four matching rims and tires, which all have great tread life on them and won’t have to be replaced for some time. Once inside the vehicle you notice how clean and well maintained every thing is and how there is no smoke/ pet odor in the vehicle what so ever. The drivers side door controls are all-functional and show minimum wear on them as well with all the other controls through out the vehicle. The seats throughout the car are also very clean and don’t have any stains on them as well as no rips or tears on them and seems that they were well taken care of. The same can be said about the floors all are very clean and little to no stains on them at all. This vehicle comes with power/ windows/ seats/ doors/ mirrors and sunroof as well with a 6 CD player changer, tape deck and AM/FM, all which can be operated by controls on the center consolel or on the steering wheel by the driver. As well as working heat and A/C for the summer months as well and many more features.... I test drove this vehicle for about 135 on the highways and back roads and it performed great. Over all no complaints about it, when you first get in and turn the key for the first time you notice that it starts up every time with no issues at all. Once running you notice that the car is idling properly and the engine sounds good when idling at a stand still. There are no warning lights lit on the dashboard whatsoever. Once on the road the motor and transmission feel great under acceleration and it doesn’t have any problems as it shifts up through the gears. The alignment of the vehicle also feels pretty good and the vehicle isn’t pulling to either side and when on the road. The brakes are also very effective and stop this vehicle on a dime if you ever needed to come to a emergency halt. See the video for several examples of the breaks and to see how the car drives. All of our vehicles are for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early for any reason. I have tried to be as honest and descriptive as possible but I'm not perfect. Please remember you are buying a wholesale vehicle and paying a wholesale price, not retail, so keep that in mind when looking at this vehicle, it is not a NEW car. Remember this is an auction, and the vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder after the low reserve has been met, if there is a reserve placed on the vehicle. Please do not ask what the reserve is, because I will not discuss it. Once the Auction ends, A non refundable $500.00 dep0sit is required via PayPal within 24 Hours of the auction ending. We will accept Credit and Debit cards for deposits as well but it is your responsibility to contact us to make the deposit over the phone within 24 hours. If you do not contact me to make arrangements within 24 hours I will sell it to the next bidder and FILE AN UNPAID ITEM CASE and charge a re-listing fee. The balance and pick up of the vehicle is due within 7 days of the auction ending. Failure to pick the vehicle up within the allotted time will incur a storage fee of $25.00 per day. If you don't pickup the vehicle within the allotted time you will lose your deposit and I may or may not relist the vehicle. There is a $145 documentation fee, and if you live in NJ I am required to collect the appropriate sales tax. We require a valid drivers license before pickup/delivery. We require insurance information if you will require a temporary tag to drive the vehicle home. An out-of-state tag is good for 20 days, an NJ temp tag is good for 30 days. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs should you choose to ship your car to your location. We do not get involved in shipping whatsoever, but we will gladly comunicate with the drivers to ensure your vehicle is picked up as soon as possible. We accept C4sh, Credit or Debit cards (3% Bank Fee applies), or Cashiers Checks (Certified Bank Check - NOT personal checks) on all final balances when you arrive to pick up the vehicle. We DO NOT accept paypal for final payments. That's it. Nothing hidden.
