My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchases. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Most of what I sell are new car trades from larger franchise dealerships. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully. Every vehicle is sold "as-traded". Each description is unique and contains information specific to the vehicle being sold. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very nice 1997 Volvo 960 sedan. The 960 was the flagship of the Volvo family and represents the last of the good Volvo's. I literally buy every single one of these I come across...which isn't many. I would rate the exterior condition of this Volvo to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking Volvo. The dark blue finish shines well for an older vehicle. Please expect to find minor scratches, scuffs and other signs of wear associated with age and mileage. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The power antenna works properly. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in decent rubber all around. Please take the time to review each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Volvo 960 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean. The leather inserts show some pulling which is normal. The carpets show well for their age. The dash and headliner are clean. The seats show normal wear but are comfortable and show well. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The passenger side front window and sunroof do not open. The audio system is the original Volvo Premium Sound with cassette up front and CD changer in the trunk. The trunk is spacious and clean. These are excellent automobiles that are a pleasure to own and drive. Mechanically, this Volvo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.9L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this premium sedan with no problems. Out on the road, this Volvo has excellent manners as you would expect from their flagship model. The engine keeps perfect operating temperature and there have been no warning lights on. She makes good power. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and straight with no complaints. I can see a timing belt sticker but the writing is very hard to read. These vehicles are getting hard to find in good condition. Like I said, I buy every one I see...which isn't many. In 3 years of doing this, I believe I've owned four...which is a very small number considering I sell roughly 400 vehicles per year. Messages left on the office voicemail may take several days to get to the right person or get lost. Winning bidders: Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else. Vehicle Pick-up: Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Accepted Payment Methods: Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day. Bid Retractions/Changes: We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchases. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Most of what I sell are new car trades from larger franchise dealerships. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully. Every vehicle is sold "as-traded". Each description is unique and contains information specific to the vehicle being sold. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very nice 1997 Volvo 960 sedan. The 960 was the flagship of the Volvo family and represents the last of the good Volvo's. I literally buy every single one of these I come across...which isn't many. I would rate the exterior condition of this Volvo to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking Volvo. The dark blue finish shines well for an older vehicle. Please expect to find minor scratches, scuffs and other signs of wear associated with age and mileage. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The power antenna works properly. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in decent rubber all around. Please take the time to review each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this Volvo 960 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean. The leather inserts show some pulling which is normal. The carpets show well for their age. The dash and headliner are clean. The seats show normal wear but are comfortable and show well. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The passenger side front window and sunroof do not open. The audio system is the original Volvo Premium Sound with cassette up front and CD changer in the trunk. The trunk is spacious and clean. These are excellent automobiles that are a pleasure to own and drive.
Mechanically, this Volvo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.9L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this premium sedan with no problems. Out on the road, this Volvo has excellent manners as you would expect from their flagship model. The engine keeps perfect operating temperature and there have been no warning lights on. She makes good power. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and straight with no complaints. I can see a timing belt sticker but the writing is very hard to read. These vehicles are getting hard to find in good condition. Like I said, I buy every one I see...which isn't many. In 3 years of doing this, I believe I've owned four...which is a very small number considering I sell roughly 400 vehicles per year. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements.
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.

This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any transfer costs incurred by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work, including temp tags, in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
