This vehicle was seized by the Collinsville Police Department in 2003 and has been driven by the Administrative Staff for the past 10 years. This vehicle was never used for patrol functions. A brand new Reman engine from Ford Motor Company was installed in the vehicle in January of 2009. The new engine has just under 20,000 miles on it. The current driver of this vehicle describes it as "fair" in both condition and how it drives.
