My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please read this entire description BEFORE placing your bid. Most of the vehicles we sell are new car trades from larger local dealerships and are all sold "as-traded". Each description is unique and contains specific information from our road test of that vehicle. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The Jeep Grand Cherokee need no introduction. It has a well earned reputation for reliability and capability. It is one of the best values available in a used SUV. I would rate the exterior of this Grand Cherokee to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking Jeep. The bright red finish shines up well and looks good. There is a spot of rust that is visible on the exterior of the tail gate and a small hole in the right rear door jamb (see photos). Other than those items and some normal scratches from daily use, she looks pretty good. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels are in average condition and are wrapped in good rubber all around. There is a heavy duty towing hitch at the rear. I would rate the interior of this Jeep to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The drivers door sags a little which is common as these trucks age. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are presentable but not perfect. The seats show well and are comfortable. The dash and headliner show well. The rear tail gate is secured closed by a strap in the cargo area. I am assuming this is done for good reason so I left it alone. It is a safe assumption that the latch is damaged in some way. The power windows, locks and mirrors all appear to be in proper working condition. The climate control appears to be working properly as well. This truck comes with one key and one remote as well as a full set of books. Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any fluid leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels fine for an older Jeep. The steering feels okay and the brakes stop this truck with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature and good oil pressure at all times. Her road manners are pretty good. The engine makes good power and runs well. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. Winning bidders: Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else. Vehicle Pick-up: Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Accepted Payment Methods: Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day. Bid Retractions/Changes: We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The Jeep Grand Cherokee need no introduction. It has a well earned reputation for reliability and capability. It is one of the best values available in a used SUV. I would rate the exterior of this Grand Cherokee to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking Jeep. The bright red finish shines up well and looks good. There is a spot of rust that is visible on the exterior of the tail gate and a small hole in the right rear door jamb (see photos). Other than those items and some normal scratches from daily use, she looks pretty good. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels are in average condition and are wrapped in good rubber all around. There is a heavy duty towing hitch at the rear.
I would rate the interior of this Jeep to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The drivers door sags a little which is common as these trucks age. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are presentable but not perfect. The seats show well and are comfortable. The dash and headliner show well. The rear tail gate is secured closed by a strap in the cargo area. I am assuming this is done for good reason so I left it alone. It is a safe assumption that the latch is damaged in some way. The power windows, locks and mirrors all appear to be in proper working condition. The climate control appears to be working properly as well. This truck comes with one key and one remote as well as a full set of books.
Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any fluid leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels fine for an older Jeep. The steering feels okay and the brakes stop this truck with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature and good oil pressure at all times. Her road manners are pretty good. The engine makes good power and runs well. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. She cruises down the highway nice and straight with no complaints. Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements.
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.

We are unable to complete any tag or title work, including temp tags, in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
