I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description BEFORE placing your bid. We sell mostly new car trades from larger dealers and sell each unit "as-traded". Each description is unique and will contain specific information from the road test of that vehicle. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1999 Subaru Outback wagon. The Subaru Outback needs no introduction. I've owned several of these over the years and can say first hand how good they are. There are few cars on the market that can meet so many different needs in the same package. I was drawn to this specific one because of the low miles, good condition and especially the manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this Outback to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, she is a good looking wagon. The green over gray exterior show well from bumper to bumper. Other than some minor scratches/scrapes/flaws associated with normal use, there really isn't much to complain about on the exterior of this vehicle. I did not see any noteworthy body rust which so commonly pleagues these cars. The alloys are in average condition and are wrapped in decent rubber all around. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. Overall, she doesn't look bad for an older vehicle. I would rate the interior of this Outback to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. A full set of rubber floor mats are included. The dash and headliner and clean. The seats show well throughout the interior. The original radio has been upgraded to a CD player. It power on but I get static from the radio. The climate control system appears to be in good working condition. The power windows, locks and mirrors also appear to be in proper working condition. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Subaru appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension on this Outback feels tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this wagon with no issues. Out on the road, this Subaru has excellent road manners. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times and runs smoothly. Once in a while, I think I hear a "tap" or rattle come from under the hood but I can never pin it down to a specific engine speed or driving condition. I may be just hearing things but I wanted to mention it to cover myself. I've personally put close to 300 miles on this wagon with no problems. It appears to run and drive fine. The engine makes good power. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. It feels like it may be the original clutch but it does its job without issues. Gear changes through the manual transmission are smooth and effortless. This is a very easy car to drive. She cruises nice and straight down the highway with no complaints. The AWD system appears to be working properly and turns to full lock with no problems. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Winning bidders: Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else. Vehicle Pick-up: Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Accepted Payment Methods: Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day. Bid Retractions/Changes: We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1999 Subaru Outback wagon. The Subaru Outback needs no introduction. I've owned several of these over the years and can say first hand how good they are. There are few cars on the market that can meet so many different needs in the same package. I was drawn to this specific one because of the low miles, good condition and especially the manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this Outback to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, she is a good looking wagon. The green over gray exterior show well from bumper to bumper. Other than some minor scratches/scrapes/flaws associated with normal use, there really isn't much to complain about on the exterior of this vehicle. I did not see any noteworthy body rust which so commonly pleagues these cars. The alloys are in average condition and are wrapped in decent rubber all around. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. Overall, she doesn't look bad for an older vehicle.
I would rate the interior of this Outback to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. A full set of rubber floor mats are included. The dash and headliner and clean. The seats show well throughout the interior. The original radio has been upgraded to a CD player. It power on but I get static from the radio. The climate control system appears to be in good working condition. The power windows, locks and mirrors also appear to be in proper working condition. The cargo area is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this Subaru appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension on this Outback feels tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this wagon with no issues. Out on the road, this Subaru has excellent road manners. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times and runs smoothly. Once in a while, I think I hear a "tap" or rattle come from under the hood but I can never pin it down to a specific engine speed or driving condition. I may be just hearing things but I wanted to mention it to cover myself. I've personally put close to 300 miles on this wagon with no problems. It appears to run and drive fine. The engine makes good power. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. It feels like it may be the original clutch but it does its job without issues. Gear changes through the manual transmission are smooth and effortless. This is a very easy car to drive. She cruises nice and straight down the highway with no complaints. The AWD system appears to be working properly and turns to full lock with no problems. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements.
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 administrative fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any transfer costs incurred by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work, including temp tags, in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
