Very Low reserve for a mustang as straight as this one 1973 Ford Mustang Covertible 302 V8 3 Spd trans in nice condition (possible orginal engine and trans). It is ready to go and can be your weekend joy ride without any repairs. Drives very nice and gets so many looks from car lovers The Mechanic told me this week the transmission looks orginal and the engine very well could be too it fits all the specs and looks of what a 1973 mustang has Mileage is unknown and showing 33865 on the odometer Recent work that was completed The engine was just serviced this week with a complete Re-seal. $1,789, see receipts from this week. The engine was cleaned up and painted to its original color and looks great. Brand new lower gasket and head gasket set New coolant and oil change New oil pump and water pump Brakes and tires almost new with less than 1,000 miles on them Battery replaced less than a year ago Fuel pump replaced Carburator rebuilt a year ago Sheet metal is good shape with no signs of rust that I can see Paint in ok condition. When it was repainted they left a couple of small drip marks and the hood has some signs of cracking when you look up close. from more than 10 ft the paint looks fine This is not a show car but a weekend driver. It could be a show car with a little bit of work. Convertible power top recently replaced and works with no isses Gauges work with no known issues power steering and Power brakes Some minor fixing needed Driver seat needs to have the support bar fixed. Probably some soddering will fix it A couple of nicks on front bumper. See pics keep in mind the car is now 40 years old so it's not perfect, just some cosmetic work and this car would be a 9 in no time. Radio was working until recently. Not sure of why. Floor carpet has some wear and is faded and if replaced would make the car look real sharp I have owned the car for the last 2 yrs and do not know much about the prior history of the car. I live in Wellington FL (palm beach county) and this car can be seen during the auction should you desire and not afterwards. $500 deposit due within 24 hrs of the auction via paypal and the rest by a cashiers check, cash or wire. The cashiers check will need to clear before the title and car are turned over.
