Up for bid today is a RARE find! A 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado! Own a true piece of American Automobile History! VIN: 396876M533780 (noted as "deluxe, but with manual features) 76000 original miles, 100 stock except for a new internally regulated alternator. Original 425 CI engine and original front wheel drive THM tranny. Runs ands shifts well. Car currently needs a Tune-up, and a new exhaust system. The windscreen has a long crack. The driver side Quarter has sheet metal damage, but an extra quarter panel is included in this sale! (But will not fit in the car for anyone wanting to drive the car home). The rest of the body is in good condition! Interior is good shape for its age, but the front seat needs to be recovered. Large generous interior, with no driveline tunnel! New steel brake lines 2 years ago. Car does have some rust, floors and trunk have surface rust but not eaten thru, save a few small holes on driver floor. Headlight surrounds and orignal hubcaps included, but not pictured. Body is straight, other than quarter panel as noted, and rust areas need straight forward attention. Interior very nice, but driver's seat needs repair. Car was a local daily driver for a few years, and local driving delivery would be fine. It starts and drives fine.
