I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I have service capabilities at my facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. We sell each vehicle "as-traded" and do not service or recondition any vehicle prior to sale unless the description specifically states otherwise. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1995 Lincoln Town Car Signature. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am a huge fan of the Town Car...both old and new. The Town Car/Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis are among the most durable vehicles available. There is a very good reason that these are the cars of choice for law enforcement, taxi and limo services. The 4.6L V8 is almost indesctructible and is known to go into the 500k range with proper service. I would rate the exterior of this Town Car to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking vehicle. While not perfect, this vehicle is very easy on the eyes. There are flaws on the bumpers, side mirrors and a small amount of rust in front of the left rear tire. Otherwise, this is a great looking Town Car. The white finish shines well, The chrome accents show well. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The cloth top shows very well. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of tires with good tread all around. Please take your time and review each of the photos. I would rate the interior of this Town Car to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. I was blown away at the condition of the interior. The door panels show well. The wood trim and interior chrome show well. The carpets show very well througout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The black leather seats show very well and are comfortable. Both front seats are fully power adjusted and work properly. The power windows, locks and mirrors appear to be working properly. The radio does not power on. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The trunk is spacious and clean. It has been a while since I've seen a Town Car with an interior this clean. Mechanically, this Town Car appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. It does have a check engine light on. I do not have the proper cable to use my scanner on an OBD1 vehicle. However, they are fairly simple. There are no drivability issues with this Town Car. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feel tight and appears to be working properly. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this Town Car with no issues. Out on the highway, she floats like a dream. The engine makes great power and accelleration is effortless. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times. At highway speeds, she cruises nice and straight with no complants. I can hear an odd whistle sound once in a while and cannot figure out where it's coming from. As I said, I've encountered no drivability problems. I've personally driven this Town Car in excess of 500 miles with absolutely no issues. It has a good PA inspection. I would drive this vehicle anywhere without a second thought. Winning bidders: Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else. Vehicle Pick-up: Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Accepted Payment Methods: Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I have service capabilities at my facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. We sell each vehicle "as-traded" and do not service or recondition any vehicle prior to sale unless the description specifically states otherwise. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1995 Lincoln Town Car Signature. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am a huge fan of the Town Car...both old and new. The Town Car/Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis are among the most durable vehicles available. There is a very good reason that these are the cars of choice for law enforcement, taxi and limo services. The 4.6L V8 is almost indesctructible and is known to go into the 500k range with proper service. I would rate the exterior of this Town Car to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking vehicle. While not perfect, this vehicle is very easy on the eyes. There are flaws on the bumpers, side mirrors and a small amount of rust in front of the left rear tire. Otherwise, this is a great looking Town Car. The white finish shines well, The chrome accents show well. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The cloth top shows very well. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of tires with good tread all around. Please take your time and review each of the photos.
I would rate the interior of this Town Car to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. I was blown away at the condition of the interior. The door panels show well. The wood trim and interior chrome show well. The carpets show very well througout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The black leather seats show very well and are comfortable. Both front seats are fully power adjusted and work properly. The power windows, locks and mirrors appear to be working properly. The radio does not power on. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The trunk is spacious and clean. It has been a while since I've seen a Town Car with an interior this clean.
Mechanically, this Town Car appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. It does have a check engine light on. I do not have the proper cable to use my scanner on an OBD1 vehicle. However, they are fairly simple. There are no drivability issues with this Town Car. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feel tight and appears to be working properly. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this Town Car with no issues. Out on the highway, she floats like a dream. The engine makes great power and accelleration is effortless. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times. At highway speeds, she cruises nice and straight with no complants. I can hear an odd whistle sound once in a while and cannot figure out where it's coming from. As I said, I've encountered no drivability problems. I've personally driven this Town Car in excess of 500 miles with absolutely no issues. It has a good PA inspection. I would drive this vehicle anywhere without a second thought. Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements.
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
