My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I sell every vehicle "as-traded". I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic and I do not have service capabilities at my facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully. Each description is unique and offers information and observations specific to the vehicle being sold. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1993 Ford F-150 XLT. The Ford F-Series needs no introduction. It is the best selling truck in the world. In fact, you can still buy this exact truck BRAND NEW in other countries. I would rate the exterior of this truck to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for a 20 year old truck. As you can see, it still looks pretty good. The paint is faded on the hood and there is a dent on the side of the bed. Also, there are a few marks and bumps here and there as you would expect to find on any older vehicle. What I liked about this truck is that I didn't see any rust on the body which is common with these trucks. The chrome bumpers also look great. I'm sure there is some rust on this truck somewhere as it is 20 years old. However, it looks better than most. It has the optional 8' bed with a bedliner. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber all around. I would rate the interior of this F-150 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this truck. The door panels are clean and tight. The dash and headliner also show well. The carpets are not perfect but don't show any excessive wear. The bench seat has a fold down arm rest in the center. As with the carpet, the seat isn't perfect but doesn't show excessive wear as most of these do as they age. The power windows go up and down properly. The optional sliding rear window opens and closes easily. The heater works well. I have not confirmed the a/c as it has been in the 20's lately. The radio is original. It turns on but I cannot get it to do anything...but I haven't screwed with it much at all. Mechanically, this truck appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 5.0L V8 starts easily. It runs a little rough when it's cold but smoothes out after it runs for a minute. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this truck with no issues. Out on the road, this truck drives pretty well. It cruises nice and strait down the highway with no complaints. While driving this truck, I noticed that the engine temperature moves around a bit. It has never gotten out of the normal range but does move more than I'm used to. I checked and the coolant is full and clean. There may be a bubble moving around in the system that just needs to work its way out. The oil pressure is excellent. The only other problem is that the speedometer and odometer do not work. From what I've researched, the problem is most likely the cluster itself. The odometer is completely blank. My best guess is that this truck has somewhere in the neighborhood of 140k miles on it based on the odometer reading on the oil change sticker but I can only guess. It will be sold TMU (true mileage unknown). I've driven this truck approximately 80 miles with no problems. The automatic transmission engages smoothly. It shifts a little hard which is common with these trucks as they age and isn't much to worry about. It doesn't slip or do anything stupid. It has dual gas tanks and they both work properly. Messages left on the office voicemail may take several days to get to the right person or get lost. Winning bidders: Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else. Vehicle Pick-up: Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Accepted Payment Methods: Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day. Bid Retractions/Changes: We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1993 Ford F-150 XLT. The Ford F-Series needs no introduction. It is the best selling truck in the world. In fact, you can still buy this exact truck BRAND NEW in other countries. I would rate the exterior of this truck to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for a 20 year old truck. As you can see, it still looks pretty good. The paint is faded on the hood and there is a dent on the side of the bed. Also, there are a few marks and bumps here and there as you would expect to find on any older vehicle. What I liked about this truck is that I didn't see any rust on the body which is common with these trucks. The chrome bumpers also look great. I'm sure there is some rust on this truck somewhere as it is 20 years old. However, it looks better than most. It has the optional 8' bed with a bedliner. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber all around.
I would rate the interior of this F-150 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this truck. The door panels are clean and tight. The dash and headliner also show well. The carpets are not perfect but don't show any excessive wear. The bench seat has a fold down arm rest in the center. As with the carpet, the seat isn't perfect but doesn't show excessive wear as most of these do as they age. The power windows go up and down properly. The optional sliding rear window opens and closes easily. The heater works well. I have not confirmed the a/c as it has been in the 20's lately. The radio is original. It turns on but I cannot get it to do anything...but I haven't screwed with it much at all.
Mechanically, this truck appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 5.0L V8 starts easily. It runs a little rough when it's cold but smoothes out after it runs for a minute. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this truck with no issues. Out on the road, this truck drives pretty well. It cruises nice and strait down the highway with no complaints. While driving this truck, I noticed that the engine temperature moves around a bit. It has never gotten out of the normal range but does move more than I'm used to. I checked and the coolant is full and clean. There may be a bubble moving around in the system that just needs to work its way out. The oil pressure is excellent. The only other problem is that the speedometer and odometer do not work. From what I've researched, the problem is most likely the cluster itself. The odometer is completely blank. My best guess is that this truck has somewhere in the neighborhood of 140k miles on it based on the odometer reading on the oil change sticker but I can only guess. It will be sold TMU (true mileage unknown). I've driven this truck approximately 80 miles with no problems. The automatic transmission engages smoothly. It shifts a little hard which is common with these trucks as they age and isn't much to worry about. It doesn't slip or do anything stupid. It has dual gas tanks and they both work properly. Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements.
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.

The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work, including temp tags, in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
