Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I sell mostly fresh trades from new car dealers "as-traded". I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I have an auto service facility or an in house mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description. Each description is unique and contains specific information about the vehicle being offered for sale that any prospective buyer should know. Also, please read our terms & conditions as there is information there regarding payment and pick up. If there is anything that you are unclear about, please ask BEFORE bidding. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 1999 Mercedes-Benz ML320. This ML comes to us as a NEW MERCEDES TRADE from Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown, MD. It has had the same owner for the last 13 years and 120k miles. I would rate the exterior of this ML to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a great looking ML. There will certainly be flaws here and there from daily use but this could easily pass for a 100k mile unit. Pride in ownership shows all over this vehicle. The black finish shines very well and is accented with gray fenders and trim. I did not see any rust on the body of this ML which is one of my primary concerns with these vehicles. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber all around. Please take your time and review each of the photos below. I would rate the interior of this ML320 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see in the photos, this ML is clean in and out. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior and are covered with factory Mercedes-Benz rubber floor mats. The seats are clean and show very well. The dash and headliner are clean. This ML320 is optioned with factory jump seats in the rear which is fairly uncommon. The power windows, locks, mirrors and seats appear to be working properly. Both front seats are heated. The stereo is original and works properly/sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be in good working condition. I've owned several of these trucks and loved every one of them. This one is a pleasure to drive. Mechanically, this ML320 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.2L six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I've personally driven this vehicle in excess of 100 trouble free miles. The suspension feels tight for the age of the truck. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this truck with no issues. Her road manners are great. There are no squeaks or rattles like some ML's. The engine makes good power. There have been no warning lights on. The engine keeps proper temperature at all times. The five speed automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The AWD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and smooth with no complaints. This ML is a great example of what happens when a well made vehicle is properly maintained. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Terms & Conditions If you wish to contact us for any reason, the quickest and best way to do so is through eBay's email system. Messages left on the office voicemail may take several days to get to the right person or get lost. Winning bidders: Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else. Vehicle Pick-up: Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Accepted Payment Methods: Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day. Bid Retractions/Changes: We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I sell mostly fresh trades from new car dealers "as-traded". I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I have an auto service facility or an in house mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description. Each description is unique and contains specific information about the vehicle being offered for sale that any prospective buyer should know. Also, please read our terms & conditions as there is information there regarding payment and pick up. If there is anything that you are unclear about, please ask BEFORE bidding. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 1999 Mercedes-Benz ML320. This ML comes to us as a NEW MERCEDES TRADE from Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown, MD. It has had the same owner for the last 13 years and 120k miles. I would rate the exterior of this ML to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a great looking ML. There will certainly be flaws here and there from daily use but this could easily pass for a 100k mile unit. Pride in ownership shows all over this vehicle. The black finish shines very well and is accented with gray fenders and trim. I did not see any rust on the body of this ML which is one of my primary concerns with these vehicles. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber all around. Please take your time and review each of the photos below.
I would rate the interior of this ML320 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see in the photos, this ML is clean in and out. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior and are covered with factory Mercedes-Benz rubber floor mats. The seats are clean and show very well. The dash and headliner are clean. This ML320 is optioned with factory jump seats in the rear which is fairly uncommon. The power windows, locks, mirrors and seats appear to be working properly. Both front seats are heated. The stereo is original and works properly/sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be in good working condition. I've owned several of these trucks and loved every one of them. This one is a pleasure to drive.
Mechanically, this ML320 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.2L six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I've personally driven this vehicle in excess of 100 trouble free miles. The suspension feels tight for the age of the truck. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this truck with no issues. Her road manners are great. There are no squeaks or rattles like some ML's. The engine makes good power. There have been no warning lights on. The engine keeps proper temperature at all times. The five speed automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The AWD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and smooth with no complaints. This ML is a great example of what happens when a well made vehicle is properly maintained. Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements.
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.

We are unable to complete any tag or title work, including temp tags, in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
