Previous successful bidder thought the car was in Washington DC - it's not - it's in Washington State - so re-listing is necessary.... A Barn Find!!! Purchased 1 and 1/2 years ago from the family of the original owner. 82,XXX miles on this very original VW Beetle - in great condition for 45 years old. Didn't run when purchased - but put in new starter and cleared the fuel lines and it fired right up - ready to go! 4 brand new tires (harder and harder to find) - new brakes all the way around and she is ready to go. Very good - Clean - Original (not molested in any way other than time) VW Beetle. Has original AM radio and 8 Track Tape Player..... if you have any 8 tracks! Only known issues - windshield wipers don't currently work - all other electrical components do including all lights. Rust hole under battery but not too bad...... will need new pan. Chips in front glass - all other glass is great. Very good restoration project vehicle or display as an original vehicle! Awesome car.. well built and very solid.
