I'm selling my 89 Cruiser with 185,000 miles. I am the second owner and have taken great care of this rig. Unfortunately I need to sell right away since I need the money to put down on my new purchase. The truck is in excellent shape, never any accidents. rebuilt the tranny approx 2500 miles ago. It is my daily driver and never have I had a problem mechanically. pretty much everything on the truck is all original parts, i have all service records from the day I've owned the truck. Few things have changed from the pictures shown, wheels are black not chrome along with the bumpers. Please no low ballers, I'm firm on my price since i know what available out there, and i have not seen any in the shape and condition as mine is. As some of you have been emailing with the same questions as to what is currently needed to be done on the truck along with what I have done recently. A/C & HEAT WORK GREAT! Recent Updates: Just last week I put in new front calipers and brake pads. 2 months ago i added an external tranny cooler to the existing radiator for hot days. (we experienced some 102+ conditions in LA, and didn't experience any overheating issues). Few weeks ago i pulled out all the carpeting AND will install new carpets, foam and sound deadener film before the new buyer takes possession of the truck. Approx a year ago i replaced the exhaust pipes from headers on, mufler, cats & sensors with 2" pipes. Yes, the truck has been repainted less than 2 years ago with it's original paint, it was originally 2 tone light silver top with current gray bottom, i had it repainted entirely with the bottom gray. Note: last few months i have been experiencing fading and cracking in a few areas, mainly the hood and side doors. last week i met with the owner of the body shop who happens to be a family friend, he has agreed to repaint the truck completely at no charge. it will take roughly less than 2 weeks to get this done and i don't have a spare car to compensate for the 2 weeks without having a car. I will drop the car off at the body shop as soon as the transaction takes place and i take possession of my new truck which will be sometime this week. BASICALLY: THE NEW OWNER WILL HAVE A NEW PAINT JOB. Bumpers have been powder coated black last month and wheels painted black. I have included a current picture to show what they look like now. Note: I don't have the bumpers on as i like the way it looks off, gives it more of an aggressive look. I do have the bumpers and end caps, although i have shortened the bumpers by approx 4" on each side. Remaining items that need attention: 1 - Rear driver side window motor needs to be installed, i have the parts and will do this before i transfer the truck over. 2 - Oil pan seal needs to be replaced, i will also have this taken care of since i have the parts. 3 - Crack on drivers side of dash. 4 - Driver seat cover is torn on side and is wearing out along with padding, $300 for original cover. all other areas are in great shape. 5 - Power door locks are not working and need to be fixed, windows work fine.
