Vehicles can only be picked up when payment is complete  Payment can only be by cash (in person), certified bank check, or financing. Deposit of US $300.00 within 24 hours of auction close. Full payment required within 5 days of auction close.                     Tax, Tags And Documentation                      Taxes, Registration  and Administrative fees: Out of state  buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as  title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered unless  financed. Doc and admin. fees of $328 will apply.                     In PA, Doc and  admin fees of $303 will apply plus tax and tags.                     All taxes and  fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and  registered.
