Vehicle Detail
1959 FORD F100 Y292 V8 4.8L Automatic Transmission Odometer shows 35000 Miles. Very clean with all original parts. This truck is not been in the road for over 5 years. LOW RESERVE Used to be yellow color as you can see in the engine bay pictures. It was giving a new paint job with dark blue, but the doors and roof on top needs to be redone, it is an ok job, not perfect. I noticed the interior was painted too. Not rust whatsoever in any part of the truck. Brand New Fuel Pump. Like New tires. Custom Seat with 2 harm rests, very good condition. Also whoever onwed this truck in the seventies, it was upgraded to electronic ignition. I got installed a newer ignition switch, the original one stop working. Will need electric work, head and rear lights don't work. Original radio is included but is not connected, no speakers. Doesn't have any of the side emblems and 2 hood letters missing. Like I said electric system needs to be check to get it working, I have no idea what's wrong with it. Instrument cluster lights work. Gas gauge needle is missing. This truck do not need to much work to make it look perfect. Because of the lights not working this is not a highway ready truck, it will need to be towed. I'll get the truck check by an expert this week before the end of the auction. Your more than welcome to get the truck inspected. Any questions you can call me anytime to 801-637-9455. $500 DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT THE END OF AUCTION THANKS FOR WATCHING On Jan-16-13 at 12:41:35 PST, seller added the following information: ANNOUNCE TO EVERYBODY: I WANT TO ADD SOME NEW INFO ABOUT THE TRUCK AND THANKS TO THE CUSTOMER WHO TOLD ME ABOUT THE TYPE OF ENGINE IS NOT CORRECT BASED ON THE VIN NUMBER AND DISTRIBUTOR POSITION. I JUST CHECK ALL THE CODES THAT I WAS ABLE TO FIND ON TOP OF THE ENGINE AND MANIFOLDS, THIS ARE THE CODES: D5AE-9431-AB 30AD 7c20 18726548 8 bolts pattern on valves cover- 351M/400 (335 series) TRUCK ENGINE WAS REPLACED WITH A 351M/400 FROM A 1975 GALAXIE MADE IN MARCH 20. SORRY FOR MY LACK OF KNOWLEDGE BUT I THINK NOW A BIGGER ENGINE MAKES IT A BETTER TRUCK.
