I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I have an auto service facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 BMW 528iA with the very desirable SPORT and PREMIUM packages. The Sport package is evidenced visually by the black shadowline trim on the exterior as well as the 17" multi piece "cross spoke" light alloy wheels with their gorgeous polished lip. There is also a Motorsport three spoke steering wheel (which is the easiest way to spot a real sport from a fake). The most important feature of a BMW with the factory Sport Package is the BMW Motorsport tuned suspension...which makes this behave completely different from your normal 528i. I would rate the exterior of this 528iA Sport to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Overall, this is a good looking vehicle. It is finished in dark red which is my favorite color...and unique to the 5 Series. Once you get closer to this vehicle, you can see some wear which I feel is in excess for the age and mileage of this vehicle. There are a few spots where the clear coat is flaking. The right outer mirror cover is missing. There is typical wear on the bumpers. Also, it looks as if something caught the back of the left side skirt at one time. Again, I am trying to be pretty hard on this car. You only notice these things up close. The 17" Cross Spoke alloy wheels show well and really make the exterior of this car. The front tires are okay. The rears, not so much. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. This car would be ideal for someone who spends most of their day on the road and wants a well made, reliable vehicle that is made to be driven. I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well and are not excessively worn. The leather seats show well for their age as does the headliner. The wood trim also shows well for its age. This is a very well equipped BMW. Power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof are standard on this model. The left rear window does not work. The drivers seat does not move. I am 6' tall and can drive this vehicle with no problems. A shorter person will probably want to have the seat fixed. The front seats are both heated and work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The stereo system is the original BMW system which sounds great. There are steering wheel controls for the audio system. The trunk is spacious and clean. One noteworthy thing about the interior of this BMW is that the cup holders actually still work. That is a rare thing to find. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Driving this 528iA is an absolute pleasure. The Motorsport tuned suspension does exactly what it should. The front end feels tight. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. The grip these cars have is phenomenal considering that this is a full sized sedan. She drives nice and strait down the road with no complaints around town or on the highway. Accelleration is quick and smooth. The engine keeps proper temperature at all times. The five speed adaptive drive automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. It can be driven as an automatic or a manual...and is a very capable automobile in either mode. I've driven this BMW in excess of 200 miles and loved every minute of it. These cars are getting hard to find. I buy nearly every one I see. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else. Vehicle Pick-up: Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Accepted Payment Methods: Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I have an auto service facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 BMW 528iA with the very desirable SPORT and PREMIUM packages. The Sport package is evidenced visually by the black shadowline trim on the exterior as well as the 17" multi piece "cross spoke" light alloy wheels with their gorgeous polished lip. There is also a Motorsport three spoke steering wheel (which is the easiest way to spot a real sport from a fake). The most important feature of a BMW with the factory Sport Package is the BMW Motorsport tuned suspension...which makes this behave completely different from your normal 528i. I would rate the exterior of this 528iA Sport to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Overall, this is a good looking vehicle. It is finished in dark red which is my favorite color...and unique to the 5 Series. Once you get closer to this vehicle, you can see some wear which I feel is in excess for the age and mileage of this vehicle. There are a few spots where the clear coat is flaking. The right outer mirror cover is missing. There is typical wear on the bumpers. Also, it looks as if something caught the back of the left side skirt at one time. Again, I am trying to be pretty hard on this car. You only notice these things up close. The 17" Cross Spoke alloy wheels show well and really make the exterior of this car. The front tires are okay. The rears, not so much. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. This car would be ideal for someone who spends most of their day on the road and wants a well made, reliable vehicle that is made to be driven.
I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well and are not excessively worn. The leather seats show well for their age as does the headliner. The wood trim also shows well for its age. This is a very well equipped BMW. Power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof are standard on this model. The left rear window does not work. The drivers seat does not move. I am 6' tall and can drive this vehicle with no problems. A shorter person will probably want to have the seat fixed. The front seats are both heated and work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The stereo system is the original BMW system which sounds great. There are steering wheel controls for the audio system. The trunk is spacious and clean. One noteworthy thing about the interior of this BMW is that the cup holders actually still work. That is a rare thing to find.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Driving this 528iA is an absolute pleasure. The Motorsport tuned suspension does exactly what it should. The front end feels tight. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. The grip these cars have is phenomenal considering that this is a full sized sedan. She drives nice and strait down the road with no complaints around town or on the highway. Accelleration is quick and smooth. The engine keeps proper temperature at all times. The five speed adaptive drive automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. It can be driven as an automatic or a manual...and is a very capable automobile in either mode. I've driven this BMW in excess of 200 miles and loved every minute of it. These cars are getting hard to find. I buy nearly every one I see. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements.
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
