This 1977 Lincoln Continental Town Coupe was originally sold new in New Mexico an I have owned it since 2001. The car has been garaged the whole time I have owned it and not used at all in the winter.It is absolutely rust free.I have a fresh paint job (2-3 years old) on the car and the vinyl top was removed to install a new one due to drying and cracking from age.I installed a new windshield at the time of the paint job to take care of a few scratches that were on the glass.I have all the correct trim plus extra trim I have purchased to use as needed.The car has a recent new alluminized single exhaust system with the resonator and two new catalytic converters.I installed a new radiator and wide whitewall (similar to the original) radial tires.The car runs nice but will probably need a carburetor overhaul to be perfect. The interior door panels and headliner are in great shape however the carpet has some wear marks in the driver area. I have pieces that may sewn in to repair them and then they can stay like the original shag carpet these Lincoln came with from the factory.The dash pad is mint with no cracks, the rear seat is mint and the front seat has one quarter size blemish on the drivers seat back.This car always drove like a dream and would make someone a beautiful car after assembly and completed restoration.Please feel free to ask any questions you may have but please leave a little time for the answer as I am not in the office 24-7.
