You NEED a cheap car....QUICK. Just like ALL of my vehicle sales, this car will be sold at NO RESERVE! I have personally logged over 300 miles on this car to ensure it's reliability! I recently sold a nearly identical car, year, make, miles for no reserve. See my EXCELLENT feedbacks for the buyer's positive response. If you really wanted to fix it, I'm 100% positive there is a GREEN 850 Volvo in the local pick-n-pull yard. You can probably have a replacement bumper cover for about $50 and won' even need to paint it! But, I would just leave it alone and drive it. Character. Amazingly, I can honestly count on one hand the amount of dings on the car. Absolutely ZERO rust to be found on the car and it looks to be the original paint. Altho I'm no bodyman, I don't see any signs of major repairs. A few nice touchups here and there for the chips, but very minimal. The paint shines very well. You will love hitting the local car wash to keep it clean! Front tires are super recent Goodyear Eagle GTs. Rears have easily 70% tread left and ALL ride on clean vibration free rims. Unseen are the recent brakes. Plenty powerful with no pulsing or noises. Car drives perfectly straight on any pavment with no unusual wandering or pulling The suspension is tight and noise free. Not a rattle anywhere. This car was somebody's baby and it shows! One little dent rounds off the hit list on the exterior of this car. Only noticable because I pointed it out. The rear bumper cover is also nice. Minimal, if any scratches. Vinyl on the entire car even looks great with minimal fading. Interior is gorgeous as the exterior but the driver's seat has seen better days. Bolster is smoked along with a few other driver's seat rips. Still feels normal compared to a nicer version. I hate smoke and can't see or smell any signs of a former smoker. Otherwise the rest of the interior looks excellent. With the exception of questionable heated seats, everything power works on this car as it should. Power windows, locks, sunroof, driver's seat. ICE COLD AIRCONDITIONING, HOT HEAT. Heated defrost mirros, rear window. Climate control, cruise, radio (power antenna is stuck), transmission modes, ABS/TRACtion control, wipers, horn, etc. As you can also see...ALL of the dummy lights illuminate upon startup with NONE staying on during run. No gimmicks. No worries. Sorry, no factory floormats. Unseen in the complete spare tire setup intact and aired up for your roadtrip home! EVEN THE CUPHOLDER WORKS!! Below you can see not one, not two, but three factory original keys!! A factory keyless fob is also included but will most likely need a battery. Factory manuals, radio card, etc too! Engine compartment clean enough to eat off of!! ALL fluids are clean with no signs of any major oil or coolant leaks. Transmission shifts perfectly. No overheating. Recent ice wiper blades. All exterior lighting works properly. Lovely Volvo History under this hood: Volvo battery (starts in all weather including the 20degree mornings I've had lately), Volvo Timing Belt Tag replaced at 138k/2009. A mere 20k miles ago! Volvo fresh mass air meter and intake hose. BRAND NEW FRONT, REAR, and RIGHT LOWER motor mounts along with a PolyEurethane (blue) upper mount installed by yours truly!! Not a single vibration. Teeny tiny exhaust puff after cold start but gone after a few minutes. Recent front struts/mounts, brakes, front tires. Oozing with service. BUT....one thing to disclose. Altho the engine starts right up and runs excellently....there is a SOLO lifter tick. Only one. NOT the low oil pressure kind, because I assure you this car is fine in the pressure department. These lifters can get stuck or pressure down with the higher miles. This car no different. I was hopeing after an fresh oil and filter change, it would right itself, as many of my cars have in the past. This one hasn't. It's barely noticable and can't be heard from inside the car. But it's there. An $8 part but about 2-3 hours labor to replace. I just simply don't have the time to perform it. As I said above, I've driven the car for well over 300 miles under all conditions. Never a power loss. Never more ticking. Pull the oil cap and you can see the oil splash the entire valvetrain. I would just use the engine oil flush over the next few oil changes and I'd bet it will rebound. Honestly, this is the FIRST Volvo I've ever had with it staying stuck. But it's very common, which is why many sell the part. Use the flush and drive the wheels off this car, is my suggestion! I mentioned NO RESERVE, correct?? Inspect my excellent feedbacks. No worries.
