Vehicle Detail

Here is a 1962 Ford F100 pickup truck. This truck has never been painted or messed with in any way. The bottom of the truck looks great. It is full of all the required fluids and there are no leaks. This car has not been turned over in a lot of years. The starter is currently out of the truck as seen, but i do have it and it does work. The straight six original engine is not seized up and does turn with normal pressure on the crank shaft. There are three spots of major rust. One is on the front of the hood as seen, one is above the drivers side door as seen and one is the rear passanger side tailgate hinge as seen. The front fenders have minor dents. towards the front as seen. The rest of the car has normal surface rust in the normal places, but easily removable. The exhaust pipe is also rusted at the back of the muffler. The electrical all seems to work. all the lights turn on and off as they should. The interior looks fantastic for never being touched. The floorboards are solid. This was truely a barn find survivor truck. The doors look great, the flared and stepsides look great. The body is truely very straight. Missing rear bumber and the brake pedal does go to the floor (all parts are there, just needs to be tinkered with). This would be an ideal truck for restoration. This truck is sold as is. If you have any specific questions, please ask and i will answer to the best of my ability. This car is currently registered in california and does have about $840 in back DMV Fees, but all those get wiped away for all out of state buyers. I have the title in the previous owners name which is signed and still has the part to turn into the dmv (blank). I bought it and was going to restore it, but no money right now. Missing a few very non essential parts (badges and stuff like that), but the car is 99% there. I would say 5K in body work and paint and maybe $500 in other parts and you have a car to take to the show and drive around town and would be done the way you want it to be. Would be worth over 20k. The numbers definately pencil out on this one.
