Up for auction is a 1977 FJ45 LWB (very rare) We purchased this vehicle as a company/show car for our mechanics workshop and have done the following work to itall wheel cylinders and brakes (drum front and rear) brand newall axle seals and bearings front and rear newnew front shocksnew windscreennew seat belts (3 in the front)all new shackle, leafspring and link pin bushestank (under seat) has been removed and weldednew plugs, oil, air and fuel filtersall drive oils have been flushed and replacednew tail lights and front indicatorsnew clutch slave cylindernew brake master and slavenew starter motornew alternator and beltnew batterynew hand brake cable, shoes and sealsall new universal jointsnew tie rod end ball joints (5)new exhaust front to back FJ45 experts have said this is a very rare model. This long wheel base version may have been a ex-police car from the australian outback, therefore it has very minor rust in it for it's age. Car sat in some old guys shed for years approximately 1000km inland from the coast. It starts and runs very well. May need a carby kit put through it but has no problems starting or even driving down the highway. It has the standard 4-speed gearbox, high and low 4wd work perfectly fine. Vehicle will come with standard split rims not with the ones in the picture unless you purchase them additionally. Reason for selling it after all the work we put into it is we have found another one with a pop top which suits us better for our weekend trips. Car is currently located in Coffs Harbour, Australia.
