**Ladder racks are included in the price, as is a brand new, locking Hitch Haul (500-pound capacity) and a Hitch Haul cargo bag.** Originally a fleet vehicle for a local construction company, this van was handed down to one of their employees who used it for his own carpentry business. I then acquired the vehicle this past Spring. The customized wood shelves are as solid as an oak, coated with polyurethane to prevent soaking up odors, and they can hold a ton of product. Only major flaws are: a minor crack in the passenger side mirror which does not hinder vision at all, and there's some wear and tear on the floor mat and driver's seat, which is expected with a used work van. The driver side front tire's valve stem was leaking, but has been replaced by our local Ford dealership.
