This 1966 Cadillac DeVille convertible was purchased at Rountree Olds Cadillac in Shreveport Louisiana. This amazing original automobile with 43,877 miles was found stored in a basement in Shreveport Louisiana. The Cadillac is in its original gold paint that has been wet sanded and buffed by my auto body shop. Body shop owner is Joel Williams (318) 458-0330 if you have questions regarding the condition of the floor/trunk pans, fit and finish of the Cadillac. I have replaced the following after years of storage: Water pump and flushed radiator, alternator, windshield wiper inserts, belts & hoses and clamps, transmission serviced with new fluid/filter which shifts perfectly. Mechanic is Russell Chandler (903) 736-0339 if you have questions concerning the mechanical condition of the Cadillac. New resonator/muffler installed, new convertible top motor, trunk & door seals along with 7 piece convertible top seals, 4 American Classic 235/75/15 1.6 inch white wall radial tires. Hood insulation pad, Cadillac floor mats (tan). Carpet is original and in great shape. Replaced trunk material using the existing card board. Interior of Cadillac is a beautiful mahogany color, front seat shows wear, rear seat is in great condition like no one has sat there. Dash has no cracks, in almost perfect condition due to being stored out of the sunlight. Door panels are great, steering wheel is also in great condition. Power seats and power steering operate as they should. Convertible top appears to be original, it looks as though at one time someone replaced the rear glass. The color is lighter below the glass. This top operates great up and down. Vacuum operated trunk release works fine. Cruise control operates as well as the air conditioning which still has Freon 12 blowing cold. AM radio works well as does the power antenna. The Cadillac has the 4 T-3 headlight bulbs that all work properly. This Cadillac runs and drives fantastic, its 429 engine is smooth as silk. It is a real pleasure to drive. I have owned the Cadillac since 12/2011 and have driven several long distance Cadillac club tours with no problems.
