Vehicle Detail

Just found this 1966 Coupe, I know Mustangs and I bought this because it was well worth restoring.. It has the factory motor and Trans. The previous owner had all new floors installed Also new carpet, the exsaust is single now and looks like it was new too at the time, but it comes with a new set of dual's also. He had the engine bay sand blasted and painted and it looks great! The motor has been gone thru but he could not recall what exactly had been done"You can see all the new gaskets", the motor was painted right and still looks like new after all these years the pics do not do it justice. He said it was only fired once after the rebuild. The frame rails up front will need to be welded back into place on the floors but the floors are all welded in. The torque boxes are in Great shape with no rust or weak areas also the rear rails are in Great shape and will need no replacement or work. The trunk has one rust spot that you can see in the pic. The rockers are in great shape and will also need no work. It will need lower qtrs on both sides and some work on the driver fender on the bottom corner. The interior is original and is in pretty decent shape but the driver seat and the head liner. I have a box full of everything you should need to complete it minus the front bumper, The hood is sitting on the roof it also has the hood pins from factory. All the gas lines and brake lines look to be great and solid which is hard to find on these! I would like to complete this project but my 66 fastback comes first!! This would Make a great Father and Son project because it doesn't need all the major work like a lot of these Mustangs do! Remember this was a project that was abandoned 20 years ago but its a well worth the time to save this one! If you have any questions please call or email, as is where is. It will come with a bill of sale. The previous owner had a title from the guy he bought it from but lost it, that owner passed away 25 years ago. This car did not spend time in or on Minnesota roads as it was a Ohio car for most its life, underneath looks like a nice good southern car. Sorry abot the pics, I used my phone if you need any areas I will get them to you asap! It does need a good cleaning! But when I start a project I have to keep going so this is just how I found her!
