For sale is my 1990 Lotus Esprit that I've owned since 2005. In that time I've replaced many components, and upgraded others. I've replaced the rack and pinion with a new unit. Ball joints, front wheel bearings, wheel seals, front brake rotors, water pump were also replaced with standard issue parts. The brake pads front and rear have been replaced with EBC yellow stuff pads. The brake hoses have been replaced with ss ones. The coolant hoses were replaced with a silicone set from JAE. The secondary injectors and fuel pump were replaced with upgraded higher performance versions. A Quaife LSD was installed. The Lotus developed eibach/bilstein shock and spring package was installed. An electric vacuum pump replaced the belt driven unit and a Jabsco coolant pump replaced the stock chargecooler pump. When the AC stopped working I removed the components and installed a larger chargecooler specific radiator. A K&N typhoon inline air filter is currently installed, but I also still have the factory airbox with a like new K&N filter for that as well. I've only put synthetic oil in since I've owned it, replacing it a minimum of 2 times a year regardless of mileage. Next week I will be replacing the clutch disc, input shaft seal and having the flywheel resurfaced due to a leak on the seal. This car is a driver and has several scratches, rock chips etc. Looks great from 10-15 feet. The paint is is decent shape and I always get compliments when I take her out. The interior is ok. Driver seat had a poor color match job by PO and there is a small tear on underside of door. The carpet was replaced several years ago, but the kit I got was of poor quality. It looks ok but I was planning on replacing it. I installed MB quart components, JL audio 6.5 inch subs and an Alpine head unit in the stock loacations. A JL audio amp powers everything. The turbocharger has been replaced with a ball bearing unit, and I still have the OEM one. The exhaust is a custom 3 inch mandrel bent unit with a Dynomax muffler and no cat. I have the exhaust that came with the car when I got it as well. There is an electronic boost controller installed, but it is easy to remove if not desired. I've replaced the boost gauge and speedometer. The car starts and drives great. A little rough until warmed up but I hear that's normal. the climate control system hasn't worked well since I've owned it. The blower motor works fine, but the defrost, vent control part doesn't seem to function as it should. Included in the Auction will be a Lotus repair manual on disc, and all the spare parts, original parts I have. Please ask questions before bidding, and please no trade offers. The passenger side window motor has just stopped working. I will try to fix this but depending on issue may not be resolved in time. Thank you
