1983 Pontiac Trans-Am 25th Anniversary Daytona 500 You’re bidding on a car which is getting harder to find, especially one which is 98% rust free. It is in need of restoration. Unlike most cars it is 98% complete. Factory equipped with both the Y82 and WS6 packages. Rebuilt-motor with less than 500 miles. Factory un-touched Aero Wheels valued at $450 a wheel. Brand New Yokohama Tire’s less than 25 miles $488.00. New Dual exhaust system from headers back. Mileage is UN-know speedo stopped at 78K. My intent was to restore to original condition with all its decals, but I no longer have the time, car rides and drive. There were 1,981 Daytona 500 cars produced with the 700R4 Transmission, most have rusted away to dust or their parts being sold on EBay. I purchased 1987 Trans-am as a donor car should I need any parts. I will sell these parts separately Black leather interior(console, panels etc), front & rear bumpers with ground effects. The front and rear ground effects are bigger on the later models. The first picture is not the car for sale here, it is a picture of what a fully restored Daytona 500 would look like.
