The Auto For Sale Is a 1956 "Big Window" Ford F-100 Pick Up The "Big Window" is a rare sought after F-100 that you will find in most "BEST Of " awards This is the one that the Restoration Industry chooses for the high builds. After Restoration, these usually sell for $65,000 to $200,000. This one is not in that category, but is a great driver that has been restored over the last five years. It is an all steel original with many CUSTOM upgrades that make it very attractive. I bought it as an investment at the right price, but now due to some age and health issues, I need to sell it soon. THANK YOU FOR LOOKING, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS ONE. Built in 1956 in San Jose. 1968 Ford Thunderbird Thunderjet 429 stock engine 360 HP (chrome components) engine. Holly 750 4 barrel w/vac power advance & Sanderson compressor. Mallory distributor. Ford Thunderbird front clip and 3 speed column shift transmission. Stock Mufflers that sound smooth and calm. Classic Performance tilt steering column. Mustang 9" rear end. Original dash and instruments ( all work but may need calibrating ). Power windows, brakes & steering. Falken ZIEX 5/TZ Radial Tires mounted on American Racing Chrome Mags P2115/70R16 Front & P235/70R16 Rear for light rake look. AM/FM Radio and Disc player. Air Conditioning. Tanks Inc. large capacity fuel system mounted under rear of bed. Wood bed with chrome accessories. Custom front hinge hood that works great. Hidden automatic antanna near driver side. Fold over seat with large storage pockets. Everything works. Paint is about a 7.5 due to some overspray in places. Easy to sand out and buff. No dents or cracks in all steel body, fenders and hood. Chrome is in great condition. Tinted windows. Easy to drive with smooth ride and a lot of stock power that causes no problems. The 56 is stored in my Ariplane Hangar with A/C and Heating at 70 degrees. Each of my cars are driven weekly and polished monthly. Note: This pickup is style, condition and look that is not a National Champion cataegory, but will win local shows and turn every head. For less than half the price.
