I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how each unit runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I have an auto service facility. Each vehicle I sell is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The Jeep Grand Cherokee is one of the best values available in a used SUV these days. Few others can give as much vehicle per dollar than the Grand Cherokee. I would rate the exterior of this Grand Cherokee to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see from the photos, this truck is in great condition for the miles. The burgundy finish shines well and looks good from any angle. There is no noteworthy damage to report on the exterior of this vehicle. Please expect to find some signs of wear associated with age and mileage. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in decent rubber all around. Please check out each of the photos. I would rate the interior of this Jeep Grand Cherokee to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. For an older vehicle, the interior of this Jeep is in great condition. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well as does the dash. The headliner sags a little but not bad for the age of this Jeep. The seats show well and are comfortable. The cargo area is spacious and clean. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The stereo has been replaced with a nice Pioneer unit. It's got a lot of buttons which I have not had the time to figure out but it powers up and appears to work. The power windows, locks and mirrors also appear to be working properly. Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition for the age and mileage of this vehicle. This Jeep is optioned in its most desirable form which is the 4.0L engine with the Select-Trac part time 4WD system. The inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. There is a moderate exhaust leak around the center of the vehicle but it's not terrible. The suspension of this Jeep feels pretty tight for its age. I'd probably replace the front link bar ($175) to tighten up the steering but it's not real bad. The brakes stop this Jeep with no issues. I fired this Jeep up and drove it 80 miles home with no issues. The front end is starting to make a little noise but I've driven worse in my time. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. This Jeep makes great power and cruises easily down the highway. There have been no warning lights on. The engine keeps perfect temperature and good oil pressure at all times. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. She has some miles but seems road worthy and reliable...and would come in handy this winter. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Vehicle Pick-up: Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Accepted Payment Methods: Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how each unit runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I have an auto service facility. Each vehicle I sell is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The Jeep Grand Cherokee is one of the best values available in a used SUV these days. Few others can give as much vehicle per dollar than the Grand Cherokee. I would rate the exterior of this Grand Cherokee to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see from the photos, this truck is in great condition for the miles. The burgundy finish shines well and looks good from any angle. There is no noteworthy damage to report on the exterior of this vehicle. Please expect to find some signs of wear associated with age and mileage. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in decent rubber all around. Please check out each of the photos.
I would rate the interior of this Jeep Grand Cherokee to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. For an older vehicle, the interior of this Jeep is in great condition. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well as does the dash. The headliner sags a little but not bad for the age of this Jeep. The seats show well and are comfortable. The cargo area is spacious and clean. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The stereo has been replaced with a nice Pioneer unit. It's got a lot of buttons which I have not had the time to figure out but it powers up and appears to work. The power windows, locks and mirrors also appear to be working properly.
Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition for the age and mileage of this vehicle. This Jeep is optioned in its most desirable form which is the 4.0L engine with the Select-Trac part time 4WD system. The inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. There is a moderate exhaust leak around the center of the vehicle but it's not terrible. The suspension of this Jeep feels pretty tight for its age. I'd probably replace the front link bar ($175) to tighten up the steering but it's not real bad. The brakes stop this Jeep with no issues. I fired this Jeep up and drove it 80 miles home with no issues. The front end is starting to make a little noise but I've driven worse in my time. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. This Jeep makes great power and cruises easily down the highway. There have been no warning lights on. The engine keeps perfect temperature and good oil pressure at all times. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. She has some miles but seems road worthy and reliable...and would come in handy this winter. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements.
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, each bidder enters into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should they be the successful bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully excercized their ability to complete any diligence needed prior to placing their bid. Please understand that each vehicle we sell is being sold exactly as it was traded, unless otherwise noted in the written description. The written description we provide is based soley on our observations of the vehicle during our road test and should not be taken as any kind of official mechanical inspection done by a certified inspection mechanic. We offer a unique way of purchasing a car but it does carry additional risk to the buyer when compared to buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been inspected and may carry a warranty. Please consider this when you decide if buying from us is something you feel comfortable with. We try to eliminate as much risk as possible for our buyers but cannot offer reconditioned, inspected vehicles for sale with NO RESERVE PRICE. Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 administrative fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any transfer costs incurred by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work, including temp tags, in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
