With its fuel injected 4 cylinder engine and automatic transmission, you get great gas mileage. The hatchback and folding rear seat give an excellent amount of cargo space for a compact car. This car has 24,126 miles on the 5-digit odometer. I am going to say that it is probably actually 124k miles. This car is in very good condition for the age. The seats are comfortable and do not have any holes or large stains. The dash and door panels show well and are firmly attached. The carpets are not worn through. There is a bit of a musty odor, but no sign of smokers or pets. The power mirrors work well. The crank windows go up and down easily. The rear hatch opens easily and stays up by itself. The factory stereo has decent sound quality. The heater warms quickly and works in all positions. This car is factory A/C equipped. The exterior of the car is a nice light parchment tan color. The paint is in good condition. As you can see in the pictures, the bumpers have been bumped and the outer shells are cracked. It appears to have only been parking lot bumps, nothing more than cosmetic damage. All the lights and glass are in good condition. The factory wheels are wrapped in radial tires with approximately 1/3 tread. Mechanically this car runs well. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements.
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, each bidder enters into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should they be the successful bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully excercized their ability to complete any diligence needed prior to placing their bid. Please understand that each vehicle we sell is being sold exactly as it was traded, unless otherwise noted in the written description. The written description we provide is based soley on our observations of the vehicle during our road test and should not be taken as any kind of official mechanical inspection done by a certified inspection mechanic. We offer a unique way of purchasing a car but it does carry additional risk to the buyer when compared to buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been inspected and may carry a warranty. Please consider this when you decide if buying from us is something you feel comfortable with. We try to eliminate as much risk as possible for our buyers but cannot offer reconditioned, inspected vehicles for sale with NO RESERVE PRICE. We are happy to answer any questions from prospective buyers regarding our business or specific vehicles listed for sale and aim to make buying from us as trouble free as possible.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 administrative fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any transfer costs incurred by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work, including temp tags, in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
