My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion how how each unit runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I run an auto service facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos closely BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series with just 140k miles. The Lincoln Town Car is one of my favorite vehicles. There is nothing like the feeling of driving down the road in a Town Car. You feel like you own the road. I would rate the exterior of this vehicle to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this unit. As you can see, she is a good looking vehicle. The wine color finish looks great against the gray leather interior. The finish shows well on this vehicle. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find evidence of typical wear associated with age and mileage. There is no noteworthy damage to report on the exterior of this vehicle. The chrome shows well for its age. The alloy wheels also show well and are wrapped in good rubber all around. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. In general, this is a great looking Town Car. I would rate the interior of this Town Car to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for a vehicle of this age and mileage. Both arm rests on the front door panels are broken which are common with this generation of Town Car. The carpets show a few stains but no excessive wear. The leather seats are in presentable condition and are not worn excessively either. The headliner is a little loose at the back. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all appear to be in proper working condition. The sunroof does not open. The climate control is fully automatic. The stereo system is original and sounds good. Mechanically, this Town Car appears to be in good running condition but does need some attention. I'll get right to the bad part...I am fairly certain that this vehicle will need a new heater core. When the cooling system pressurizes, you can smell it and there is visible steam from that area of the engine bay. I could be wrong...but I am not usually wrong. However, the 4.6L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks (aside from the aforementioned heater core) and the engine does not smoke. The Lincoln Town Car shares its design and powertrain with the Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis. The Crown Vic is the vehicle of choice for Police cruisers and taxi cabs. The Town Car is the vehicle of choice for limo's and executive transportation. (Nobody cares about the Grand Marquis) There is a reason that Police Departments, taxi companies and limo companies choose these vehicles. They are just about the strongest sedans on the market. They can take a lot...and I mean a lot...of use/abuse with no issues. The typical service life of a Town Car limo or executive car is literally 500k miles. I just sold a 2001 Town Car L with 303k that I would drive cross country without a second throught. The s air uspension on this Town Car has already been replaced with coil springs so you'll never have to worry about that breaking. She drives nice and tight. The engine makes good power and the transmission shifts properly. I've put a few miles on this Town Car to make sure everything else was okay but I didn't drive it a ton due to the heater core issue. It did NOT run hot on me but I kept it short. Local buyers should be okay. Given the bad heater core, I would not advise driving this vehicle a long distance until it is fixed. This is a gorgeous vehicle that is worth throwing a few bucks at. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Vehicle Pick-up: Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Accepted Payment Methods: Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion how how each unit runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I run an auto service facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos closely BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series with just 140k miles. The Lincoln Town Car is one of my favorite vehicles. There is nothing like the feeling of driving down the road in a Town Car. You feel like you own the road. I would rate the exterior of this vehicle to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this unit. As you can see, she is a good looking vehicle. The wine color finish looks great against the gray leather interior. The finish shows well on this vehicle. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find evidence of typical wear associated with age and mileage. There is no noteworthy damage to report on the exterior of this vehicle. The chrome shows well for its age. The alloy wheels also show well and are wrapped in good rubber all around. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. In general, this is a great looking Town Car.
I would rate the interior of this Town Car to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for a vehicle of this age and mileage. Both arm rests on the front door panels are broken which are common with this generation of Town Car. The carpets show a few stains but no excessive wear. The leather seats are in presentable condition and are not worn excessively either. The headliner is a little loose at the back. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all appear to be in proper working condition. The sunroof does not open. The climate control is fully automatic. The stereo system is original and sounds good.
Mechanically, this Town Car appears to be in good running condition but does need some attention. I'll get right to the bad part...I am fairly certain that this vehicle will need a new heater core. When the cooling system pressurizes, you can smell it and there is visible steam from that area of the engine bay. I could be wrong...but I am not usually wrong. However, the 4.6L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks (aside from the aforementioned heater core) and the engine does not smoke. The Lincoln Town Car shares its design and powertrain with the Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis. The Crown Vic is the vehicle of choice for Police cruisers and taxi cabs. The Town Car is the vehicle of choice for limo's and executive transportation. (Nobody cares about the Grand Marquis) There is a reason that Police Departments, taxi companies and limo companies choose these vehicles. They are just about the strongest sedans on the market. They can take a lot...and I mean a lot...of use/abuse with no issues. The typical service life of a Town Car limo or executive car is literally 500k miles. I just sold a 2001 Town Car L with 303k that I would drive cross country without a second throught. The s air uspension on this Town Car has already been replaced with coil springs so you'll never have to worry about that breaking. She drives nice and tight. The engine makes good power and the transmission shifts properly. I've put a few miles on this Town Car to make sure everything else was okay but I didn't drive it a ton due to the heater core issue. It did NOT run hot on me but I kept it short. Local buyers should be okay. Given the bad heater core, I would not advise driving this vehicle a long distance until it is fixed. This is a gorgeous vehicle that is worth throwing a few bucks at. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements.
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, each bidder enters into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should they be the successful bidder. Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 administrative fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any transfer costs incurred by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work, including temp tags, in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
