My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I own an auto service shop. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1999 Ford Explorer Limited 4x4. The Ford Explorer is a great vehicle with a reputation for rugged construction and reliability that spans several decades. The Limited Edition is the top trim level for the Ford Explorer. I would rate the exterior of this Explorer to be in BELOW AVERAGE condition for the age and mileage of this unit. This Explorer is a good ten footer...maybe 20'. It is finished in dark green which looks good against the dark tinted windows. The paint on the hood is sort of dull on the one side. There is obvious damage to the roof above the drivers door and the rear bumper does not match. Again, this truck looks pretty good from a few feet but is not a show stopper by any stretch. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The Limited Edition specific alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in good rubber. I would replace the back right tire. It is not the same size as the other three. This is a fully optioned vehicle with running boards, courtesey lights...the whole nine. I would rate the interior of this Explorer to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight throughout. The carpets show well for their age as does the headliner. The plastic panel on the side of the drivers seat is loose which is common. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seats show well throughout the interior. The power windows, locks, mirrors, sunroof and seats all appear to be working properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. There are steering wheel controls for the audio, hvac and cruise control systems. The stereo has been upgraded to an aftermarket CD player which I cannot figure out how to get to power up so the audio system is not tested. The plastic trim piece around the center of the dash is loose. Overall, not too bad for an older vehicle. Mechanically, this Explorer appears to be road worthy. The 4.0L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. There is a little chirp in the belt and you can hear a small exhaust leak. I did not notice and leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight on this Explorer. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this SUV with no issues. There is some tire noise which may be coming from that one mis-matched tire screwing with the AWD system. Out on the highway, this Explorer doesn't drive badly. The engine keeps proper temperature and good oil pressure. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. This vehicle will be sold on a MARYLAND RECONSTRUCTED TITLE. Please do your research to find out what will be needed to title this vehicle in your state. Each state has it's own laws regarding R-Title vehicles. Some may require additional inspections before registration will be issued. I have no history on this vehicle to know the nature or extent of any previous damage. All I can tell you is what I see NOW. A week ago, I did not own this vehicle so I don't know it's history. I've personally driven this Explorer for two days strait and put nearly 100 miles on it before writing this description. I've had it around town, on the highway...I drove my own kids around for two days in this truck. It starts every morning and has done everything I've asked it to do during the course of a few days of normal commuting. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Terms & Conditions Winning bidders: Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else. Vehicle Pick-up: Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Accepted Payment Methods: Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I own an auto service shop. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1999 Ford Explorer Limited 4x4. The Ford Explorer is a great vehicle with a reputation for rugged construction and reliability that spans several decades. The Limited Edition is the top trim level for the Ford Explorer. I would rate the exterior of this Explorer to be in BELOW AVERAGE condition for the age and mileage of this unit. This Explorer is a good ten footer...maybe 20'. It is finished in dark green which looks good against the dark tinted windows. The paint on the hood is sort of dull on the one side. There is obvious damage to the roof above the drivers door and the rear bumper does not match. Again, this truck looks pretty good from a few feet but is not a show stopper by any stretch. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The Limited Edition specific alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in good rubber. I would replace the back right tire. It is not the same size as the other three. This is a fully optioned vehicle with running boards, courtesey lights...the whole nine.
I would rate the interior of this Explorer to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight throughout. The carpets show well for their age as does the headliner. The plastic panel on the side of the drivers seat is loose which is common. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seats show well throughout the interior. The power windows, locks, mirrors, sunroof and seats all appear to be working properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. There are steering wheel controls for the audio, hvac and cruise control systems. The stereo has been upgraded to an aftermarket CD player which I cannot figure out how to get to power up so the audio system is not tested. The plastic trim piece around the center of the dash is loose. Overall, not too bad for an older vehicle.
Mechanically, this Explorer appears to be road worthy. The 4.0L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. There is a little chirp in the belt and you can hear a small exhaust leak. I did not notice and leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight on this Explorer. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this SUV with no issues. There is some tire noise which may be coming from that one mis-matched tire screwing with the AWD system. Out on the highway, this Explorer doesn't drive badly. The engine keeps proper temperature and good oil pressure. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 4WD system is tested and working properly.
This vehicle will be sold on a MARYLAND RECONSTRUCTED TITLE. Please do your research to find out what will be needed to title this vehicle in your state. Each state has it's own laws regarding R-Title vehicles. Some may require additional inspections before registration will be issued. I have no history on this vehicle to know the nature or extent of any previous damage. All I can tell you is what I see NOW. A week ago, I did not own this vehicle so I don't know it's history. I've personally driven this Explorer for two days strait and put nearly 100 miles on it before writing this description. I've had it around town, on the highway...I drove my own kids around for two days in this truck. It starts every morning and has done everything I've asked it to do during the course of a few days of normal commuting. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Other payment arrangements may be made, please contact us to make those arrangements.
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without specific arrangements and exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.

We are unable to complete any tag or title work, including temp tags, in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
