This car was a captain's car with slicktop. No cage nor lightbar have never been installed . The car has some weak paint spots on the hood and on the roof and these are the two biggest touch-ups (see photos) This is part of a common problem on 2006 CVPI paint FORD recall. Overall the paint really looks fresh, shiny and very clean. Some scratches, some touch ups and some littl;e dents and imperfections are common for this type of vehicle. No rips or tears at all in the front bumper, just some light rock chip marks and regular scuffs. The rear bumper shows few scuffs. The undercarriage is in excellent shape. No abnormal rust, tar or oil traces. The roof is very clean. As mentioned a couple of touch-ups and only 1 plugged antenna hole. The headlight assembly is brand new. They are in perfect working order. Low beam, high beam, turn signal and side markers bulbs are new. Front grill looks perfect Tail lights look great. All bulbs have been checked. No major scratches or cracks of any kind. INTERIOR On the inside the car is extremely clean. All components inside are present, nothing is missing, broken or damaged. All controls and switches are individually tested and are in perfect working order. No Check Engine Light No Airbag light No Abs Light The dashboard has some light regular use light scuffs All cluster and dashboard lights are tested and work correctly. Climate controls light bulbs have been replaced. Glove box is illuminated and it is closing perfectly. Heavy-Duty rubber floormat. No cuts and holes in the floormat. The rubber floor has been completely washed, dried and detailed to look like new and is covered with plastic protector until the car gets delivered. Headliner is clean and in very good shape. Steering wheel is in very good shape. No sun wear at all. Seats are very clean and in very good working condition. They are free of any rips and tears and they all have been professionally vacuumed, dry cleaned with specific car upholstery cleaning products and plastic covered for extra protection. Rear seat is practically brand new and extra plushy! Front door and rear door panels are all in excellent shape, No cracks no tears, no rips. All door jams have been cleaned, detailed and greased. Window glass is in perfect shape, no chips or cracks on the windshield or any other other glass in the car. Rear window and side glass are tinted. Please check your local laws for tinted windows. All power windows and lock options work. Rear doors can be opened both from the inside and the outside. This is not always the case on P71 POLICE SPECS models. Power windows are all working anc can be operated individually from any switch in the car. Extra auxiliary, high intensity ticket dome light mounted on the headliner. Driver's side working spotlight. ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION Engine starts beautifully and the sound of this 4.6L Classic Ford V8 is always great music to our ears. Idling speed is slightly higher that the civilian counterpart Crown Victoria as per Police Package specs for better battery recharging power and that makes it sounds even better! The car accelerates smoothly, no engine knocks or hesitation of any sort. The transmission gets into forward and rear gears perfectly. Shifting progression and downshifting are as smooth as they could be. All pressure and temperature gauges stay within the normal operating range. This car is a real pleasure to drive. With only 63k miles on it this car still drives like new. Suspensions are tight, steering is very precise and shifting and acceleration are flawless. The engine compartment has been professionally cleaned and degreased and it shows no signs of damaged, missing or displaced parts.
