This rare little gem is in very nice condition and only has 38k on the clock. This car sat in a garage for a good portion of its life. The entire car is original, no bad rust anywhere. The car is very straight, no waves in paint or signs of body work. There are a couple pantina'd slight rust spots (can see in pics) The 1.7L gets around 35 mpg. Car runs great, confident she can drive pretty much anywhere. I just replaced the shifter bushings. Transmission shifts perfect in every gear, no grinding and all smooth. The a/c was removed at some point. The under carriage is in great shape. The pinch welds are perfect. The floors are like new. The paint is faded, but original. Has 1 dent on passenger fender. Interior is next to mint, no rips or tears. The dash has no cracks and in mint condition, which is super hard to come by. The carpet is a little faded in middle from sun when top is down. The plastic ends on the front bumper are missing. I do have the chrome VW centers for the steelies. I have clean title in hand ready for new owner.
