My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each unit before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I operate an auto service facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2001 Lincoln Town Car Executive Series with the factory wheelbase extension. The Town Car "L" offers an extra six inches of rear passenger room. Intended to be an executive transport vehicle, the "L" also has rear mounted audio and climate controls as well as the ability to move the front passenger seat from the rear of the vehicle. Although I don't have specific service history on this unit, it was most likely used as a part of a fleet since the Executive Series L was only available to fleet customers, not private buyers. As you read this description, please appreciate that this vehicle does have 300k miles. While this mileage is well within reason for one of these cars (which have a typical service life of 500k miles), it will show its age cosmetically. I would rate the exterior of this Town Car to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, she is still a good looking vehicle. While not perfect, the black exterior is still presentable and does not show any noteworthy damage. Please expect to find some flaws in the finish, trim, ect. The chrome trim isn't perfect but shows well for the miles. The right tail light is chipped at the very top. Otherwise, all of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels show well. The tires have deep tread all around. The windows are tinted black in the rear as you would expect on a limo. The fronts are tinted lighter. All things considered, she is in pretty good condition. I would rate the interior of this Town Car to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As I checked out the interior of this vehicle, I was very impressed. Ford built these vehicles to last. The door panels show well. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The headliner shows well. The leather seats also show well and are comfortable. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors appear to be working properly. The audio system is original and appears to be working properly. There is a radio with cassette up front and a CD changer in the trunk. As I mentioned before, there are audio controls in the rear arm rest for the client to select his or her own music. The climate control system is also original and appears to be working properly. It is fully automatic and also offers rear passenger control of the cabin temperature. The trunk is spacious and clean. The factory remote entry system is also working properly. Mechanically, this Lincoln Town Car appears to be in good running and driving condition. There is a good reason that the Town Car/Grand Marquis/Crown Victoria are the vehicle of choice when reliability and longevity are absolutely essential. Most limo and cab companies will run these vehicles well into the 400's before retiring them. The 4.6L V8 engine is virtually bullet proof. While 300k may seem to be a lot of miles, this vehicle is actually only two thirds through its intended service life. The engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did notice a small drip of anti-freeze coming from behind the left headlight...but no leaks other than that. The engine does not smoke. Out on the highway, this vehicle behaves better than most cars I've driven with half the miles. Her fleet history definitely shows in how this car drives. The suspension feels right for a Town Car. The steering is neutral and responsive with just a tiny bit of play which is expected at this age. The brakes stop this Town Car with no issues. Out on this highway, this mini limo will cruise at 80mph without breaking a sweat. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The engine keeps a steady temperature and an airbag light is the only warning light showing in the dash. All things considered, this Town Car is in good condition. My kids (5 and 6yrs) think this thing is the coolest car in the world and they have a blast riding in the back. I've personally driven this Town Car in excess of 100 miles with no issues. I was able to secure a local celebrity (who wishes to remain nameless) for a few photos. He is just over 6' tall and has tons of extra room in the back for the ultimate in comfort while en route to his next engagement. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each unit before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I operate an auto service facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2001 Lincoln Town Car Executive Series with the factory wheelbase extension. The Town Car "L" offers an extra six inches of rear passenger room. Intended to be an executive transport vehicle, the "L" also has rear mounted audio and climate controls as well as the ability to move the front passenger seat from the rear of the vehicle. Although I don't have specific service history on this unit, it was most likely used as a part of a fleet since the Executive Series L was only available to fleet customers, not private buyers. As you read this description, please appreciate that this vehicle does have 300k miles. While this mileage is well within reason for one of these cars (which have a typical service life of 500k miles), it will show its age cosmetically. I would rate the exterior of this Town Car to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, she is still a good looking vehicle. While not perfect, the black exterior is still presentable and does not show any noteworthy damage. Please expect to find some flaws in the finish, trim, ect. The chrome trim isn't perfect but shows well for the miles. The right tail light is chipped at the very top. Otherwise, all of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels show well. The tires have deep tread all around. The windows are tinted black in the rear as you would expect on a limo. The fronts are tinted lighter. All things considered, she is in pretty good condition.
I would rate the interior of this Town Car to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As I checked out the interior of this vehicle, I was very impressed. Ford built these vehicles to last. The door panels show well. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The headliner shows well. The leather seats also show well and are comfortable. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors appear to be working properly. The audio system is original and appears to be working properly. There is a radio with cassette up front and a CD changer in the trunk. As I mentioned before, there are audio controls in the rear arm rest for the client to select his or her own music. The climate control system is also original and appears to be working properly. It is fully automatic and also offers rear passenger control of the cabin temperature. The trunk is spacious and clean. The factory remote entry system is also working properly.
Mechanically, this Lincoln Town Car appears to be in good running and driving condition. There is a good reason that the Town Car/Grand Marquis/Crown Victoria are the vehicle of choice when reliability and longevity are absolutely essential. Most limo and cab companies will run these vehicles well into the 400's before retiring them. The 4.6L V8 engine is virtually bullet proof. While 300k may seem to be a lot of miles, this vehicle is actually only two thirds through its intended service life. The engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did notice a small drip of anti-freeze coming from behind the left headlight...but no leaks other than that. The engine does not smoke. Out on the highway, this vehicle behaves better than most cars I've driven with half the miles. Her fleet history definitely shows in how this car drives. The suspension feels right for a Town Car. The steering is neutral and responsive with just a tiny bit of play which is expected at this age. The brakes stop this Town Car with no issues. Out on this highway, this mini limo will cruise at 80mph without breaking a sweat. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The engine keeps a steady temperature and an airbag light is the only warning light showing in the dash. All things considered, this Town Car is in good condition. My kids (5 and 6yrs) think this thing is the coolest car in the world and they have a blast riding in the back. I've personally driven this Town Car in excess of 100 miles with no issues. I was able to secure a local celebrity (who wishes to remain nameless) for a few photos. He is just over 6' tall and has tons of extra room in the back for the ultimate in comfort while en route to his next engagement. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
