For your consideration: 1969 Nissan L60 Patrol We have owned the truck for almost two years. It was from Texas originally. Since purchase we have replaced the following: distributor, cap, points, plugs and wiresoil filterexhaust systembatteryfuel filterignition coilgas tank sealrear end, brakeswindshieldSeat covers We used this truck as a daily driver around town only, as top speed is only about 45 mph. The previous owner had a custom vintage heating and cooling system installed that works great. The rear end was replaced this summer after the rear axle was sheared. The rear end from a 1975 Toyota FJ was fitted in which entailed altering the drive shaft. Included with the replacement was new brake lines, shoes cylinders etc. The top comes off with little work and the engine can be started manually with the hand crank found behind the rear seat. All in all the truck drives as well as a 40+ year old truck should (noisily and smelly). Included in the sale are many parts that I have accumulated including window seals, shift boots, spare distributor caps, wires, points oil filter and seal, and coveted sliding rear window seals, the original rear end, and original waterproof distributor with wires. Also included are an original owners manual, original service manual as well as copies of electrical and engine diagrams, plans and blueprints, and all of my service records. The body is fair. There is some surface rust in the normal Patrol spots: behind the spare tire and around the floor vents. Nothing that is not uncommon in a Nissan Patrol. These trucks are becoming harder and harder to come by in decent condition. They were only available in the US from 1962-69 with limited quantities.
