I'm offering my baby up for sale to a new good home. I have waffled back n forth about whether to sell it or not, and decided that it would be better for it to be loved by someone new, rather than just sit and not be used. As you'll see in the pictures, this is a very nice truck, but, I will be honest.... It is NOT show quality perfect. I have used this truck to tow and haul (gently), so there are some little chips and such on the body, and some minor wear on the seat (just from being used normally), I will do my best to describe below. If you have any questions, PLEASE ask. I will answer your questions honestly and to the best of my ability. Thanks for looking. Body; rust free and relatively straight/ painted plymouth prowler orange (what I call a 10 footer, others think it's "show" quality). The cab was painted inside and out while completely disassembled/ the inside of the bed is "Line-X'd"/all new weather stripping, door seals and window gaskets were used at the time of the build/ it has some small rock chipping on the rockers from the tires, a chip above the left rear wheel well from someone running something into it (no ding), and a small door ding in the passenger side front door. Other than just saying that it was not a SUPER high dollar paint job (therefore imperfections are in the paint or buffing) those are the only major (inflicted) imperfections that I know of... / I do have paint left over that will go with for touch ups. Interior; the interior was completely re-done at a local custom interior shop/ I first started by adapting a 60/40 split bench (96 chevy truck) into it, and completely "Dyna-matted" the the inside of the truck/ once at the interior shop, a custom carpet was laid down,the seats, door panels and headliner were covered in a tan tweed material, and accented with a "faux leather" (vinyl). The dash pad was covered in the same "leather" material/ I installed all new (GM) dash panels, window switches, etc... all of this led to this truck going down the road smooth and quiet inside/ windows were tinted 35% on the fronts, limo on all the rear. Engine; 454/ mild cam/ Edelbrock performer intake/ stage 2 Q-jet carb/ MSD HEI distributor/ Doug Thorley tri-y headers with dual flowmasters/ approx 30-35k on engine, doesn't burn any oil, has some minor leaks (nothing big)/ has later model BBC cast aluminum valve covers/ new motor, trans and radiator mounts/ recent water pump, hoses, belts etc.../A/C converted to R-134 and works good/ what can I say, it runs well! Is it a total powerhouse??? No... but, it will tow anything super reliably. I have taken it on long road trips without hesitation. Trans/T-case; TH400 NP205 combo (as bulletproof as you can get for that truck) both shift and work well/ 30-35k on trans too. Front axle; dana 60 with 3.73 gears open diff/ recent brakes and wheel bearings/ ORU cross-over steering Rear axle; corp 14 bolt with 3.73's and a clutch style posi. both axles have polished aluminum covers Springs; custom made (Atlas Spring) 8"springs on all 4 corners (no blocks!) Wheels-tires; 315/75/16 (35's) BFG muds (approx 10k) on 16"x12" Weld Super Single II's Stereo; Pioneer head unit (usb, bluetooth...) 2 500w amps with 2 pioneer shallow mount 12"subs. stereo was not completed, still needs front speakers installed that I will supply Once again, I'm sure I'm forgetting to mention something.... so please ask questions if you have any. A $500 non refundable deposit will be required via pay-pal within 48 hours of auction close. The remainder will be paid in full, CASH within 7 days after that (at the time of delivery) unless prior arrangements have been made. The truck is being sold AS-IS with no warranty or buy back. If you bid on it, be ready to own it! I'm pretty easy to get along with, so if shipping arrangements need to be made, I will do my best to assist the buyer in doing so, at the buyers expense.
