My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I resell fresh trades from larger dealerships to the public "as-traded". I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how each unit runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I have an auto service facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1997 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4x4. I would rate the exterior condition of this Expedition to be AVERAGE for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Overall, she looks good for an older truck. There are some spots where the paint is faded. There are a few scratches and scuffs as you should also expect to find on a truck of this age. Overall, nothing too bad. The chrome shows well and I did not see any rust on the body of this Jeep. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels show well. The tires are average at best all around. It has towing hitch, too. I would rate the interior of this Expedition to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Being and Eddie Bauer, this is a very well optioned truck. The leather seats show some normal wear but are in better condition than most are with this mileage. The carpets show well. The door panels are clean. The headliner is clean and tight. Both front seats are power operated. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all appear to be in proper working condition. This Expedition also includes a third row seat making it a seven passenger vehicle...or you can remove the back row to access a huge amount of storage capacity. The stereo has been replaced with an aftermarket CD head unit. The climate control system appears to be working properly and includes rear heat and a/c. Mechanically, this Expedition appears good overall but will need minor attention. The 5.4L Triton V8 starts easily but does have an apparent misfire. With this mileage, I would say it is probably past due for a standard tune up (plugs/wire/ect.). I do know that spark plug issues are common with this engine. However, it keeps excellent oil pressure and runs at proper temperature at all times. Out on the road, she drives pretty well for an older truck. I can see that the rear air shocks have already been replaced with coil springs which is a bonus. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this truck with no noticable issues. On the highway, you can feel a wobble in the front end once you're up to speed. It doesn't pull you around or feel loose, though. It is most likely a tire issue...maybe tie rod ends. At this mileage, it's safe to say that you'll have to spend a few bucks which is something you're just not going to get around when you're looking at a vehicle of this age/mileage. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. These trucks are great, in my opinion. The 5.4L is a tough engine that makes great power. The Expedition offers room for seven, the ability to tow and is unstoppable in snow. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Vehicle Pick-up: Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Accepted Payment Methods: Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day. Bid Retractions/Changes: We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I resell fresh trades from larger dealerships to the public "as-traded". I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how each unit runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am neither a mechanic nor do I have an auto service facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1997 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4x4. I would rate the exterior condition of this Expedition to be AVERAGE for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Overall, she looks good for an older truck. There are some spots where the paint is faded. There are a few scratches and scuffs as you should also expect to find on a truck of this age. Overall, nothing too bad. The chrome shows well and I did not see any rust on the body of this Jeep. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels show well. The tires are average at best all around. It has towing hitch, too.
I would rate the interior of this Expedition to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Being and Eddie Bauer, this is a very well optioned truck. The leather seats show some normal wear but are in better condition than most are with this mileage. The carpets show well. The door panels are clean. The headliner is clean and tight. Both front seats are power operated. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all appear to be in proper working condition. This Expedition also includes a third row seat making it a seven passenger vehicle...or you can remove the back row to access a huge amount of storage capacity. The stereo has been replaced with an aftermarket CD head unit. The climate control system appears to be working properly and includes rear heat and a/c.
Mechanically, this Expedition appears good overall but will need minor attention. The 5.4L Triton V8 starts easily but does have an apparent misfire. With this mileage, I would say it is probably past due for a standard tune up (plugs/wire/ect.). I do know that spark plug issues are common with this engine. However, it keeps excellent oil pressure and runs at proper temperature at all times. Out on the road, she drives pretty well for an older truck. I can see that the rear air shocks have already been replaced with coil springs which is a bonus. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this truck with no noticable issues. On the highway, you can feel a wobble in the front end once you're up to speed. It doesn't pull you around or feel loose, though. It is most likely a tire issue...maybe tie rod ends. At this mileage, it's safe to say that you'll have to spend a few bucks which is something you're just not going to get around when you're looking at a vehicle of this age/mileage. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. These trucks are great, in my opinion. The 5.4L is a tough engine that makes great power. The Expedition offers room for seven, the ability to tow and is unstoppable in snow. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.

We are unable to complete any tag or title work, including temp tags, in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
