My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind, as you read this description, that I am neither a mechanic nor do I operate an auto service facility. Each unit is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1996 Volvo 850 sedan. The Volvo 850 is one of my favorite vehicles. In addition to selling more of these than I could ever count professionally, I've owned around half a dozen personally over the years. They are very safe, reliable, efficient and well made. These cars were definitely built to last. I would rate the exterior condition of this Volvo 850 to be ABOVE AVERAGE for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a great looking vehicle. Pride in ownership from the previous owners is easily seen as you look at this Volvo. The Pewter/Silver exterior shines well from any angle. Everything is tight and lines up like it should. As with any older vehicle, there is sure to be some signs of wear associated with normal use...but you'd have to look pretty hard on this one. Other than some marks on the rear bumper, I really don't have anything bad to say about the exterior of this Volvo. This is one of the cleanest 850's I've had in quite some time. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nearly new rubber all around. I would also consider the interior of this Volvo to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. What I like most about the interior of this Volvo is that it is a cloth car. I actually prefer cloth in a Volvo over their leather. The cloth seats grip you better, are more comfortable and hold up better than the leather. The door panels are clean and tight all around. The carpet is clean throughout and shows well. The headliner is clean and tight. The seats show well and are extremely comfortable. The dash is clean and does not show any cracks or pulling. This Volvo 850 is equipped with power windows, mirrors, locks and seat...all of which appear to be working properly. The climate control offers independent settings for the driver and passenger. The stereo is original. The trunk is spacious, clean and includes a full set of mats. This Volvo comes with three keys and two remotes for the factory remote entry system. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this vehicle. Mechanically, this Volvo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.4L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension on this Volvo feels nice and tight. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight. The engine makes good power and keeps proper temperature at all times. There have been no warning lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. With proper care, these cars will run indefinitely. Thanks for looking at this extremely clean Volvo 850 and good luck bidding. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else. Vehicle Pick-up: Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Accepted Payment Methods: Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day. Bid Retractions/Changes: We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind, as you read this description, that I am neither a mechanic nor do I operate an auto service facility. Each unit is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos carefully BEFORE asking questions and BEFORE placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1996 Volvo 850 sedan. The Volvo 850 is one of my favorite vehicles. In addition to selling more of these than I could ever count professionally, I've owned around half a dozen personally over the years. They are very safe, reliable, efficient and well made. These cars were definitely built to last. I would rate the exterior condition of this Volvo 850 to be ABOVE AVERAGE for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a great looking vehicle. Pride in ownership from the previous owners is easily seen as you look at this Volvo. The Pewter/Silver exterior shines well from any angle. Everything is tight and lines up like it should. As with any older vehicle, there is sure to be some signs of wear associated with normal use...but you'd have to look pretty hard on this one. Other than some marks on the rear bumper, I really don't have anything bad to say about the exterior of this Volvo. This is one of the cleanest 850's I've had in quite some time. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nearly new rubber all around.
I would also consider the interior of this Volvo to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. What I like most about the interior of this Volvo is that it is a cloth car. I actually prefer cloth in a Volvo over their leather. The cloth seats grip you better, are more comfortable and hold up better than the leather. The door panels are clean and tight all around. The carpet is clean throughout and shows well. The headliner is clean and tight. The seats show well and are extremely comfortable. The dash is clean and does not show any cracks or pulling. This Volvo 850 is equipped with power windows, mirrors, locks and seat...all of which appear to be working properly. The climate control offers independent settings for the driver and passenger. The stereo is original. The trunk is spacious, clean and includes a full set of mats. This Volvo comes with three keys and two remotes for the factory remote entry system. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this vehicle.
Mechanically, this Volvo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.4L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension on this Volvo feels nice and tight. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight. The engine makes good power and keeps proper temperature at all times. There have been no warning lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If contact has not been established and arrangments are not made within 4 days of auction close, we reserve the right to open an unpaid item case with eBay and sell the vehicle to someone else.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is not accepted for payment. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.

Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 administrative fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any transfer costs incurred by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work, including temp tags, in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
