I am selling an original 1954 Chrysler New Yorker with a 33 Hemi V-8. I bought this car in Tennessee to do a full restoration on with my son but we just don't have time to do all of the work. It was originally a Missouri car. Everything on the car works with the exception of the A/C. I have not checked into what it would take to get it working. Even the radio works, but it needs an antenna. There are rear side vents that can be adjusted to blow air into the car from a vent located behind the rear passenger seat. This is what has been done in the past two months..... The starter has been rebuilt. The carburetor has been rebuilt. The coil cleaned. The fuel tank has been cleaned and a new sending unit installed. Their is new glass on the drivers side windows. The brakes have just been rebuilt. New Coker white wall tires have been installed. The exterior has the original patina in good condition. There is a slight dent in the passenger side otherwise the body is straight. There is a little rust in the trunk area where water tends to collect. The crhome is in good condition (needs to be brightened and polished). There is a dent in the front chrome done by the previous owner. The interior is original and needs to be redone. This car runs and drives great and is perfect for a full restoration or just a little work to become a daily driver.
