You are bidding on a 1962 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible Project Car. This car has been disassembled for 30 Years. It it 95% complete. Original Colors Roman Red with a Red Interior. It retains its Factory Original Driveline including Engine Block, Transmission, Rear Differential, Fuel Injection Unit, and Fuelly distributor! It also includes both Convertible and Hard tops! Exceptional body with virgin front clip? Bottom of both rear quarters have had minor damage, right lower rear quarter still needs repair, and small crack repair in rocker. Hood, Trunk, Deck lid and Doors all very Nice with no repairs. No splices through body! Have pictures from 1970's before car was disassembled showing nice body stripped to bare glass. Frame is rock solid with stencil and paint markings still visable. A trailer hitch was welded to it and it will need some bracket and plate removal . 1 of previous owners thought he would paint the corvette black and refinished hood , trunk lid, and trunk in black to see if he liked it. Car is definite real red/red. Body is sitting on rolling chassis and can be filled with most but not all parts for transportation This is a great corvette to restore for NCRS or Bloomington Gold due to its original engine!
