The Previous and only owner of this vehicle was the sunny City of Clearwater Fire Department, Florida. This truck has been recently released out of service. This car was a previously marked unit. Decals have been professionally removed and the body has been through our cosmetic 5-step renewal process and now looks very nice. Please look at the numerous pictures and videos. You will understand what we mean.... The paint looks very good considering the year and mileage of this car. Some scratches, some minor touch ups and little imperfections common for this type of vehicle. The right front and rear door have a little more wear and tear but nothing out of this world (see photos) No major imperfections or dents to list. No rips or tears at all in the front bumper. The front grille is like new. The rear bumper is in great shape too. The undercarriage is in very good shape. No abnormal tar or oil traces. The roof is clean. Minor scratches and a few professionally plugged antenna holes on the roof. 3 antenna bases still mounted. The headlights and side marker/daylight running lights asemblies are brand new and in perfect working order. Tail lights look great. No major scratches or cracks of any kind. All bulbs have been checked Side lights, headlight and turn lights bulbs are brand new. As visble by the pictures the truck has six previous Emergency lights opening that have been professionally closed directly by the Department with aluminium plates. INTERIOR On the inside the car is extremely clean. All components inside are present, nothing is missing, broken or damaged. All controls and switches are individually tested and are in perfect working order. What needs to be addressed is always taken care of. There are no holes in the dashboard from previous police/fire equipment mounting (and we all know how rare this is....) The dashboard has no cracks and/or dings on the front. Some regular use light scuffs are obviously present. All cluster and dashboard lights are tested and work correctly. Glove box is illuminated and it is closing perfectly. The rubber floor has been completely washed, dried and detailed to look like new and is covered with plastic protector until the car gets delivered. The floor has some cuts and opening due to previous Fire Departement equipment istalled on it. Headliner is clean and in good shape. Steering wheel is in very good shape. No sun wear at all. Seats are in very good working condition, free of major rips and tears and they all have been professionally vacuumed, dry cleaned with specific car upholstery cleaning products and plastic covered for extra protection. Rear seat is practically brand new and extra plushy! Front door and rear door panels are all in excellent shape, No cracks no tears, no rips. All door jams have been cleaned, detailed and greased. Window glass is in perfect shape, no chips or cracks on the windshield or any other other glass in the car. Rear window and side glass are tinted. Please check your local laws for tinted windows. Drivre's side tint is slightly damaged on the inside. All power windows and lock options work. Rear doors can be opened both from the inside and from the outside. This is not always the case for a POLICE SPECS/FIRE DEPT. model. PA system (speakers only) still in the truck and pre-wired. (see photos) Rearview mirrors ahve covres for strobe light istall. They can be fitted with lights with the pre-wired system or the can be taken away and replaced with regular black or white GM or aftermarket covers. Everything is disconnected as per Ebay rules. ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION Engine starts right up and the GM Vortec V8 is a great and reliable engine. The truck accelerates smoothly, no engine knocks or hesitation of any sort. The transmission gets into forward and rear gears normally. It follows gear changes as it should and does its job correctly. No rear or differential noises at all. Temperatures and gauges all stay in the regular operating range. The engine compartment has been professionally cleaned and degreased and it shows no signs of damaged, missing or displaced parts. As usual, we took care of everything we could think of so your only concern is when and where to drive!
