For sale is my 1989 Toyota Pickup. Its a deluxe model with EFI, working 4WD and a 5-speed I have owned this truck for about a year and have done a lot of work to it. I will start by describing any body damage/rust on the vehicle. The front and rear passenger sides both have damage from a past fender bender. There are rust holes along both rocker panels and a hole in the drivers door. The bed is more rusty than the rest of the truck but has only 1 large hole concealed by the bedliner. The frame has only minor surface rust and is very straight. The cab has one small rust hole and is in otherwise good condition. This is all the rust/damage to my knowledge. Next I will list all of the repairs and updates to the mechanicals in the past 2000 miles. -New power steering system (pump, gearbox, lines) -New high output alternator -New front rotors and pads -New electric fan conversion -New shocks all around -New exhaust (o2 sensor, catalytic converter, muffler) -Major Service (all fluids, spark plugs, filters) At an unknown time, the cylinder head gasket and timing chain were replaced. The engine runs great. It starts instantly and idles very well. On the road it feels very strong and returns good fuel economy. The transmission is also in great condition and shifts smoothly. The clutch feels weak but does not slip (new hydraulic system might fix it). The electric fan is thermostat controlled and works great but is rarely used because the truck never gets that hot. The wheels and tires look almost new and have 80% tread left This truck is my daily driver and is always reliable. The interior carpet is in fair condition and all buttons/switches are functional. The previous owner cut holes in the door panels for speakers. The seats are in good condition. There is dark old peeling window tint on 3 of the windows but can easily be removed.
