2003 GMC Envoy SLE - 2WDRuns good - Looks goodI have driven this vehicle since 2004. I will tell you everything I know about it so please read it all. The vehicle was used when I got it. It had 41,000 miles on it. I had to put a transmission in it shortly after I got it and then a second time about 25,000 miles after that. Turns out GM recalled a part that was allowing water to get in the transmission and the previous owner didn't get that changed and the guy who fixed my transmission didn't catch that the first time. Other than that, no other major repairs. IT DOES HAVE THINGS THAT DO NOT WORK! The speedometer and tachometer do not work. The odometer is fine. I was going to have this fixed and it was cheaper to buy a Garmin and use it for speed. Garmin not included. The fan speed on the heater/air conditioner does not work on the highest setting (5), only 1-4. The same repair shop has done all of the work on it, Denton's Garage - Paducah. The Check Engine Light does come on periodically. I take it in and they check and reset it. Jimmy says the catalytic converter is causing it and will eventually have to be replaced. The bracket that holds the spare tire on has broken off. The tire store was not able to fix it and said I would need to take it to a dealer to have it fixed. I just never got around to doing that. Spare tire included. It does have what appears to be hail damage on the hood (it's actually hickory nuts) that is why I included a photo of the hood. It also has a couple parking lot door dents. I know of no other issues with the vehicle. Since it does have over 200,000 miles, I am selling it as is with no warranty obviously. Any questions, message me and I will respond.
